Best kept secret! My grandsons asked to eat at Panda Express. I thought “got to be better than hamburgers”. The food was all fresh cut veggies, meats, shrimp, noodles, rice on and on. The selection was huge on what you could fix as a meal. It’s all tailored to let you pick out the meal that your hungry for. Walking past all the different entrees, it was difficult to just pick my two meal entrees. Don’t despair…you can come back the next day and try more. The BEST SURPRISE WAS THE PRICE. My total for 3 people for a nutritious healthy meal was less than buying pizza for these kids.Yey I found my new FAV place to dine.
58 minutes. 18 of which were waiting for fried rice. It would have been longer but I finally went inside and asked what was happening. Then had to get someone to stop making other people's meals and get mine which was just sitting there. Then had to get someone to get me the soy sauce and chop sticks I asked for at the drive through. This is after they messed up last two times I went to that same location.I am owed free meals but no one answers phone. Not worth it. Cheaper and better food if I go across street to the Chinese restaurant.
While the drive thru being closed was inconvenient, the service provided fir the staff during a clear rush speaks volumes. Due to the delay, i was offered a complimentary drink. I declined but respect the attention to customer service and expectation. Rangoons were in stock and appear to have had a change in recipe. With any luck this change is temporary.
My parents used the drive through all the time, said it was always busy until recently, well they found out why the other night, food made my dad so sick he puked it all up. Very worried since they are senior citizens, whatever has changed in this establishment is for worse, BEWARE.........
We waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes before getting our order put in. Then coming to the speaker, the server Jessica S.was obviously frustrated, stressed, and annoyed so she rushed me through my order, and cut me off several times. Never asked me if I needed any drinks or if I needed soy sauce at all and I had to go in after we got our food to get some drinks. At the end of my order Jessica S. asked if I would donate to charity, and I said go ahead and round it up to the dollar, and she replied to me, “Whatever,” and never even took it on to the bill. So apparently my 85 cents isn’t worth taking…
My Guangdong wife doesn't like to come here. In a pinch, I rate it systematically easy to cook food, which means additives for guaranteed flavor-- kind of like most processed foods; dey made to last and not to digest.Let your stomach give the true feedback.
A little sad because this is the closest location to my home. I asked for teriyaki sauce on the side and yet again, the one ounce cup is only 1/4 full. When I pulled up to the window and asked if there were two sauces the person said yes but there wasn’t. On top of that when I opened my box it looked like everything was thrown in it and shaken. I’ve tried to call the location but they will not answer the phone. Do better!
Refused service today to a Burlington Northern worker because he couldn’t put on a mask! Unbelievable! You could just seat him. I hope you lose so much business for treating people this way. Masks do not work people!
Very disappointed on this people not friendly steeling your food not put all order trying food all over bad costumer service when you order look them strongly looks like they don’t like this job go home if continue serve costumers like that
One of the worst Panda Express locations I’ve ever been too. Rude, unprofessional, lazy etc. Ok with serving food that looks dead or rice that is clumpy. If you want good panda go to Vancouver Mall, it’s worth the drive. #0stars
