Great orange Julius but kinda expensive
stood in front of the store for about 15-20 minutes with a line building behind us with no employees in sight. I even tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. It’s 11:30am on a Thursday. Horrible service.
The lady at the counter was sweet and helpful. She worked super fast and should get extra appreciation.
It is a nice place but the 2 ladies who were working there give a very bad service. I ordered 2 juices and I was waiting more than 15 minutes and they never made my order. see if I really do the order and then angrily began to make my juices and then threw the things on the floor and in the end made a horrible drink, I should fire them, that happen on Sunday night
I walked up to the counter and waited for a long period of time while the 2 employees made a order for another customer. I was fine with that although they didn't greet me as I walked up. What really made me angry is that when they were done a lady walked up and they just started helping her even though I had been waiting there for over 5 mins. I was completely ignored. It was the worst customer service I have experienced in a while.
Not only do they have great fruit drinks, they have excellent hot dog combos with chips too!!! I like the variety in drinks and the wonderful flavors!!!!
Horrible customer service. If you close at 9 then you need to serve customers until 9, not until 8:50.
Large Orange Julius, how can you mess that up?? First one had no flavor. After one drink I went back up and they graciously made a new one. Second one was just orange juice with some ice chunks. I won't waste my money there anymore.
