We’ve been coming here for years and the experience is consistently very good.The greeters are polite and friendly. The waitstaff are proactive.I can’t remember being disappointed by a meal here.The prices have increased but that’s the reality of the economy now.
I normally don’t post reviews, but our visit last night was absolutely exceptional! This was the first time since the pandemic that I was able to go out to dinner with my sisters. Our server, Chris L, was so accommodating and nice, it blew me away. He asked if we had anything special happening, and we mentioned that we were going to a movie afterward. He asked what time it was, and he reassured us we weren’t being difficult, it would be no problem; and he’d make sure we got our food quickly. It was a busy dining room, you could tell Chris had a larger section than usual, but anytime we needed anything; Chris was there. Safe to say, I made the movie on time with my sisters, and we had a beautiful evening, and I thank Chris for jump starting the joy with my family. The only complaint I have, is Chris’s smile and kindness is absolutely contagious! 10/10
Make sure when you order broccoli that you asked for it cooked… ordered the steak and subbed out the fettuccine for broccoli with Alfredo sauce. They replaced the broccoli with steamed broccoli, but my steak came out well done when I ordered it medium rare. Which I guess is understandable when the steak is cut so thin. However, they made it right by comping my meal and giving me free dessert.
Ordered car side to go Friday night, the girl on the phone was rude and had an attitude, put me on hold in the middle of ordering my food. My sons pizza was cold & fries were cold and soggy. The salads we got had rotting lettuce and peppers in them ?Overall not happy with our food especially with the prices they charge you for the dish.
ZohMyGosh!We ate here on a Saturday night around 5 PM and they absolutely rocked it! I was amazed from the minute we walked in the door with just me and mine, we were seated in two minutes. But it got better. The staff worked so well in tandem that I was floored. Much thanks to George for making sure everyone absolutely rocked it. We will definitely be back in the future!Hostess was awesome, the wait staff was beyond fabulous and the food was delicious. 5 stars truly isn't enough. Give this restaurant a shot! They work hard to make sure you have an enjoyable experience.
tonight we dined in.Absolutely wonderful service! Completely above and beyond our expectations.Adam was brilliant.He was mindful, tentative and completely remembered everything in our order & then some! He really went beyond our expectations as a provider for food service and absolutely enjoyed our interactions and very appreciative. 1805 we want to commend him on his excellent service Adam! Thank you. We really appreciate the great hospitality. Our dining experience was wonderful. So thankful for the brilliant service we received.
Check the bag ordered to go. Just one meal and eating in my car. No utensils & no mint. Eating it cold now. So Aggravating! Don’t forget to check the bag and ask for what is needed. Terrible customer service. I wish I could take back my cash tip.
Had a good meal. Hadn't been in a while, and didn't realize how high all the prices had crept. But we had gift cards to burn so it wasn't too much of an issue. The wait times were a little long but it was still good service aside from that.
Great date night place when you love pasta and cheese! Breadstick dipping sauces are never-ending now which was a nice surprise. Our waiter was nice and attentive to what we needed. No issues with the food, it was hot and tasty.
Always great sit down service. Twice now, I've ordered to-go & the salad sent home, looks like what we'd get in your old school lunches.I dont recall it appearing this way, when dining at this same location inside? If they serve different salad, that would be a shame. We pay for the same food. Everything else was great. I guess I need to dine in, for the salad, I love & pay for.. No joke we got 2 olives & a slice of tomato. Not trying to dredge on but we're very dissatisfied w/the presentation & quality. It appears very different. I will not be ordering their salad online again. Sadly, it's just different. If I can update, I'll add pic later :-/
