Had a really great experience! I love Spaghetti and meatballs and it's my staple for Saturday & Sunday night dinner. I have been getting at a place in Pdx which is delicious but not terribly convenient. Tried local Olive Garden & Spaghetti Factory really pricy & OG did not impress.Finally discovered Noodles & Co. Noodles were delicious & came with 5 meatballs where all the other places come with 2 or 3. Only downside could use more marinara sauce so I usually add on for $1 still cheaper than other places! Ordered off the app prices better than all 3! Service was great I had placed an order went to pickup wasn't sure I had finished the order and accidentally placed a 2nd. The young lady who brought out my food brought the 2nd order to my attention & when I explained what happened she asked me to wait a second ran right in to check alert the manager. She came out promptly and advised me she let him know and he would cancel the 2nd order & reverse the charges. The next day I got the credit & was so pleased with the Spaghetti I went back Sunday. The young lady remembered me and asked if I got my refund. I let her know that I did and thanked her.
First time here and we were pretty impressed. This is definitely very casual dining and atmosphere but they had some good vegan options and generally just a lot of range with their menu. We sat outside on the patio which was really nice and our food came out very quickly. We were disappointed that they didn't have any beers or ciders but it wasn't a deal breaker. Good food, we have already been looking online at what other noodles we want to try.
They are soooo nice. Our first time ever in this brand of restaurant. We will be back. The food was delicious and just the right amount of spicy.
We decided to try Noodles and Co last night while staying in Vancouver at a hotel. We ordered for delivery, sadly we had a few items missing. Our kids drinks were missing and an ingredient in our salad was missing. I called them and the way they handled the situation was the best I have ever experienced. The manager admitted to their own mistake, didn't blame his employees. I got refunded for the kids meals and the salad, which honestly wasn't what I was expecting. The food was beyond delicious and we literally have nothing left. Thank you for making things right! Truly best company I've ever seen. We will be getting food from here again! Their manager needs a raise, I've never seen a manager admit their wrongs, make it right and try to fix it the best way possible.
Got my order 110% correct the food was hot and here within 20 minutes from ordering the noodles and tofu, amazing I didn’t expect it to be seasoned that well, the chocolate chip cookie, amazing, was unsure of the drink selection at first but I saw the Izze clementine and definitely hit the spot, thanks a lot for the top tier food y’all have provided me
Love love love their soup, Mac Mac cheese and of course dessert..... rice crispy treats. Lol so good
Got the spaghetti and the meatballs were so good the combination was amazing overall the staff was friendly
They have been constantly very good. My orders always have alot of substitutions and haven't missed yet.
Menu was clear and easy to read, without so many choices that it became difficult to choose. They made it easy to decide on what we would order, and easy to modify as we wanted. Would've loked slightly larger portions for the cost, but it wasn't a poor choice.Pastas were not overcooked, and both the soup and macaroni and cheese sides were good (soup could've stood to be warmer, but it was the end of the night, so I can understand wanting to be finished up and close).Dining room was clean and tidy, with signs on each table indicating if it was ready to use or needing to be cleaned. Employees were regularly passing thru to clean used tables and swap signs. Drink machine looked well maintained, was not messy nor dirty appearing.
Went there to have lunch Monday.I have a disability so I don’t wear a mask. The young man working there would not accept what I told him with documentation that I was truly disabled and would not serve us. We left and won’t go back. Sad .
