7/6/2022 11:26amCashier: Arina*Highly Not Recommended*First time here and I have to say I am very un impressed with the service, and due to the horrible service the drink did not taste all that great either.As soon as we walked through the door, no one was at the register. All 3 girls were in the back doing other things ignoring us in the front for 10 full minutes and when someone else came in thats when one of the girls came out and serviced them before us.Very unprofessional how you girls put others above others. I will not be back nor would I recommend anyone else to come here unless you want to be treated like you are very unimportant.From all of my 12+ years of customer service, assistant management training and food service, the employees reflect upon the Management/Owner of the establishment which in my opinion needs a lot of work in making sure that people come before things.If I was going to spend $18 on 2 drinks and recieve this kind of service, I would rather make my own drinks at home.
Super bummed about 2 things.1. Is the inability to do call in orders, they told me that’s corporate rules.2. The wait time being 20+ minutes and the inaccuracy of the mobile order time frame.I put in my mobile order at 12:13 and the time said it would be available by 12:30 and now I’ve been standing in here waiting and it’s 12:41. Now I don’t personally blame anyone, but I do hold the company responsible for the lack of machines accessible to the staff. There should be a better system than this.As someone who has worked in this type of industry I know the importance of system and functionality. The set up inside is designed for 1 person every now and then, but is completely flawed once a line is generated, then throw in the mobile orders and the wait time becomes more than excessive.The staff was very kind, hard working, and in my mind deserve to be treated better. There is not enough machines and not enough people for all they have to do.To Nektar as a corporation, please find a solution if you care about your people. Because they are the only reason I even gave this company a 1 star.
Pretty frustrated. I love the bowls. I placed an online order that said it would be ready at 3:09pm. I went inside at 3:12pm. The girl working said it would only be a few more minutes. I sat down and waited another 20 minutes. I finally went up to the counter and asked if it was ready yet and they couldn't find it. They had the reciept for the order but didn't know where it was. I didn't have time to wait for them to make another one, especially seeing how slow they were at making things and being more focused on social conversations with eachother. I asked for a refund and they said they can't refund until Monday when the manager is in. So, not only did I waste time and fuel but had to return to work in 90° weather, hungry, out the $13 to have something else delivered to my job site.

Nice and clean location. I had the Acai Mango Bowl to give this place a try. It was not my normal dessert/drinks, but looked promising. The staff said I would like the Mango Bowl and sure enough, it was delicious. A good replacement for your typical breakfast or after a good workout. Definitely would come back.
Great place with great products! I am a regular. Place is very hygenic and always kept clean. And Audrianna is a terrific employee! She seems to keep the place all ship shape. Highly recommend
Friendly and fast service. One of the best smoothie bowls I’ve had. The elderberry shot is awesome too.
Love this place for smoothies and juices! I want to try a bowl next but so far my favorite is the AB Health Nut.
The juice is so good! Can’t imagine not having a nekter near by! Great place, great juice!
Really good choices for juice and smoothie blends. But the bowls --- wow! Super good, very tasty, and a great alternative to the typical breakfast or lunch. Definitely will be a frequent customer at this place!!
