So wonderful to find a clean cute old-time style diner. The owner greeted us, waitress was super nice. The cook even split our order for us. Great food and a good price. Highly recommended!

we stopped here for my 60th birthday to start the day off right & WOW what a great place, for the entire staff was very friendly & the coffee was piping HOT & the food was delicious... ?we will definitely be back whenever were in the area!

The food is not bad-portions are good for the money. MY biggest issue with this place is they now twice have asked-WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR FRENCH TOAST WITH EVERYTHING ON IT? yet not once did they put everything on it after saying yes on two different occasions. For the salsa, they gave us salsa juice. So, they really try to cut corners in the strangest ways. For this, I dont think ill come back here.

I'm conflicted about reviewing this particular restaurant. We had a pleasant meal. Food looked amazing.Me and my wife both ordered meals with poached eggs. And we both got a very heavy poach. (Fully solid yoke). When I order a poached egg my expectation is is I'm going to cut into the egg and I'm gonna get a runny yoke that I can spread on the rest of my food.We both could have sent it back. But decided not to mainly because we wanted to get on with our day and it took quite a while To receive the food in the 1st place especially since there was almost no one else being served. But based on how beautiful our food I can understand the amount of time but they took in preparing it.So I give it 3 out of 5. It was fine If I was on a road trip I would be very happy eating a meal here. But as a local I'm trying to find The killer awesome breakfast place. And this place today based on the service are received isn't that place yet.

Small restaurant tucked in a strip mall in Hazel Dell. Food was very good. Spanish omelet and Ruben sandwich.

I saw this here on Trip Advisor. This is truly a “hidden gem” as noted by another reviewer. I had the chicken fried steak breakfast. AMAZING! And I am hard to please! The others in the party had the Reuben and they had nothing but praises for it. My beau had the pea soup instead of fries. He scarfed that down as well. Big portions, family owned and operated. That makes the service a bit slow but still well worth it.

Not too busy, quick food very nice waitress

The perfect hole in the wall place. Food is simple but very well cooked. I had the corned bed hash with eggs over easy and breakfast potatoes. The meat was tender and well seasoned, the potatoes crips and hot, and the over easy eggs were cooked just right. Very happy, will return.

We were seated quickly, with three other tables taken. They just slapped menus on the table and walked away. Waited almost 10 mins, they came to get our drink order. I asked if we could just order our food, since I had a three year old and 1.5 year old with me. They informed me at that point that there was a 30-45 minute minimum wait on any food because of to go orders, unless I wanted soup. I said no, I was there for the kids’ breakfasts. The waitress just looked at me and said I’ll go ask and disappeared for another 10 minutes only to say “it’ll be 30 minutes” I asked if next time they could be up front about the wait and let me know before I wrangled my kids for 25+ minutes in their restaurant, and all I got was a shrug and a “bye” Has been a hit before, won’t be back now. Customer service matters.

It's a nice little place with a lot of breakfast and lunch options at reasonable prices! I ordered their chicken strips and fries meal, which came with four fairly large and tasty pieces, for only $8.99, which is a pretty nice deal. The food tasted fresh, and the meat was nicely salted. The fries could have been more flavorful, but they did the trick. Service was good, although kind of slow. English doesn't seem to be many of the employees' first language, which is part of the reason why, but they are nice and helpful. I'd try some of their other food and they seem like a business that I would want to support.
