Was charged for sour cream but definitely didn't have sour cream. Also tasted like powdered eggs. Won't be back.
never have i had a worst time with a restaurant getting my order wrong. ive ordered from here 3 times in total and every time they seem to mess up my order. the locations off 82nd or 102nd have never let me down and are much better.
The food is great here, and they have a nice drive-through, so you don't need to call in your order.The only complaint is the last two times I was there my food was not hot all the way through. I'm a bit concerned they might not be heating it enough, because one time it was actually a bit cold in the middle, as though it was frozen and not heated thoroughly. In the future, I'm planning to check it when I get home and maybe microwave it to be sure all bacteria is killed. The time it wasn't cold but also not thoroughly hot it's possible they heated it adequately and it overcooled on my drive home.
So 3 years ago this place a good runner up for drunk food and decent lunch meals. Now they charge like a real restaurant. Like the owners didn't grow up in the dish pit. Over priced for way below par Mexican food. It's so sad they take advantage of COVID. I'm traveling miles beyond this place even if it is in walking distance. 0 Starz

I love the environment here. I sat here to eat. Looking out the window I wish there were flowers ir plants, it's so hidden behind the parking lot but the people, the food, n ambiance is worth it. :)
We bought 80 burritos to feed our drivers that are usually on the road at 5am so finding a place that could meet that demand is hard. Not only did they come through with the 80 burritos but they were huge and really good. We got a bucket of sauces, pickled vegies and a full sleeve of napkins. The cost was less any any other place we researched as well... Everyone was fed and happy by 6am... amazing job! thank you and cant wait for our next order.
I was hungry for a taco salad. 16 cars in line at next door Taco Bell and I didn't want to be #17 so I paid $13.00 for slightly better food. There are too many bills left at the end of the paycheck so I will take taco Bell any day !
Normally we love Muchas but this location didn't do it for us! We ordered a large pepsi, horchata, an order of churros, and a Oregon burrito. We struggled to understand the gentleman inside when ordering drive thru because there was so much electrical buzz off the system and they were out of large drink cups to begin with. The churros were super hard even though they were supposedly freshly made ( they were warm) and the horchata was chalky for being freshly made as well. We've never disliked horchata from any muchas until now and said something to the gentleman at the drive thru, he went and tasted it and says "tastes fine to me!" It was poorly mixed, even my not so picky kiddos wouldn't drink it. Next time we'll drive further to a different one. (This was the one on mill plain by cheklov.)
Terrible service. It was my favorite muchas to go to until i got the wrong order and asked for it to be replaced. Then the meat I received was burnt black. Obviously because they were mad I asked for the correct order. The drive through employee was very rude. Never been so unhappy with restaurant/food service in my life.
