Mon Ami was a crepe cafe that's now just a salad/chili cafe. I was extremely disappointed when they removed crepes from their menu and honestly their coffee (which is decent) doesn't make up for that. You're in downtown Vancouver and I'm not just going to drive there for coffee.Seeing the owner complain against negative reviews doesn't help either and just showcases a lack of maturity.I understand the need to adapt during the pandemic but removing your biggest star was a poor choice.Bring back the crepes or something else that's enticing and I will change my review. Until then, adieu mon ami.
I really look forward to having a crepe restaurant on this side of the bridge that was worth going to . This is definitely not one of themCrepes served cold. Cheese not melted bacon old crepe tepid at best. They would not correct the situationThe only reason I gave it to stars then it's on this side of the bridge

Great service and fabulous food and drinks! Also, their establishment has a friendly and warm atmosphere; plan to visit again for sure!
Really disappointed...went here with my best friend about a year ago and had some DELICIOUS crepes! Wanted to take my boyfriend here today only to find out they no longer serve crepes!? That was like their big thing that brought customers in so yikes...I hope they bring them back soon. The last thing vancouver needs is another boring salad shop. Bring back the crepes!!!
A wonderful place with a cozy atmosphere with vegetarian/vegan food. I had the Temple Salad and I hardly used any dressing because the ingredients are so fresh. I also tried the vegan chili, which was outstanding! I highly recommend specifically if you want real organic vegetarian/vegan food that tastes wonderful and is affordable.
I've driven by this place so many times in the past year and finally had the chance to stop by the other day.I LOVED IT!I ordered one of their Specialty Lattes, the Chik-O-Stick (caramel, coconut, and peanut butter), and was pleasantly surprised to see it was served in a ceramic mug. It seems like no coffee shops do that anymore.This place has such an amazing vibe. So many mismatched chairs and cool local art work on display. Plus the batista working was super nice.This was a great place to get some reading and writing done.I'd say the only downside is that parking might be difficult sometimes, because of busy main street (No fault to them!)I'll definitely be back and bring my daughter for a coffee date soon.
Went in for crepes to find they no longer serve crepes - it's now salads and chili! So disappointed. We have been going to Mon Ami for crepes for years - we brought many friends here as well. I really hope they bring the crepes back.

Ive always had excellent food and yummy drinks. Employees are very welcoming and kind. The owner works extremely hard! This place is very special to me and my friends and I hope they can survive through covid! We <3 Mon Ami!
