These guys are amazing. I was sent to pick up 18 pizzas the other night. I felt bad as it was a huge order at the end of the night. Surprisingly they handled it flawlessly. I've worked in many kitchens before and I was impressed at how well things flowed. Especially in an open kitchen like that. Clearly good planning, management and awesome staff. The pizzas were delicious too! Just remember, all their pizzas are 11 inches so you'll probably need 1 per adult or teenager. My only issue was the automated phone ordering system. I'm sure it's fine for 1 or 2 pizzas but when you're placing a huge order such as the one I had the other night it's a little clunky. Eventually I spoke to a human and it got sorted out immediately. Would 100% recommend.
40 minutes till closing and staff was friendly and helpful. Pizza you create yourself is always delish! Ingredients were fresh and served hot! They were open later than most of the eateries around. Would love it if they had better choices in soda drinks. I really think the selectable drink systems... would bring it up a notch!! Go mod!!
It's pizza so I gave it an extra star. But it's basically cardboard with a few items smeared on top of it. I do not understand the attraction to this place as the stuff is nearly unpalatable
Placed an order for pickup on a Friday night. When I arrived it appeared that a cast party from some local school had taken over the entirety of the restaurant. This was in addition to what I would assume is the usual Friday dinner rush. The staff was hustling to accommodate everyone, and used clear communication to let each patron know when to expect their pizza. Customers were getting quite rude, however the team was courteous and gracious with each individual. I'm so impressed with this store and the way their team handled what was obviously an intense situation.
I ordered from door dash but realized that there was no place to mention my food allergies so I called the MOD in hazel dell that was making my order and to my pleasant surprise Amanda seemed genuinely understanding of my food allergies. I can’t stress enough how uncommon it is for food places to consider that it’s not a choice but an actual allergy. My food allergies are among the most inconvenient kinds like bell pepper and garlic (just a couple of them). When I received my pizza there was minced garlic all over it. When I called to tell her about the mistake she said she made it herself so she knew there couldn’t be any garlic on it. Well because I can’t have garlic but wish I could, I could smell it when I opened the box and my boyfriend tried some and confirmed it is was minced garlic on my pie. She did refund my money but I will not be ordering from here again because I don’t want spit in my food for leaving a truthful review.
We literally come here once a week. I love the pizzas obviously. But it’s the sweet staff that draws us in. Thank you hazeldell mod for making our family nights super awesome!
Before Corona this place used to be so good but every single time I come in here is not just a bad experience but horrible. The food is the same but they're just so rude every single time at the Hazel Dell location... it's almost comical how bad it is. There is a middle-aged white girl that usually hands out orders, definitely the worst one :(
Fast service. Individual and large pizzas individually made to order. Nice selection of toppings! Love the thin crust.
This is my late night spot. As a former squad member I love this location. The crew is lovely, and great at making the pizzas.
The pizzas were really good but what's up with these cuts? I ain't mad though. 5 stars because the store is always nice.
