First time here in a couple years and I love the new set-up!! The candy / fruit servings in disposable cups as opposed to a bin with a scoop was a great idea, it feels a lot more sanitary and all the toppings are super fresh :)) (Pineapple dole whip for the win, it’s delicious!)
I’m giving two stars instead of one because their frozen yogurt is good, no complaints with the quality of the food. That being said, not impressed with the customer service. Apparently they’ve changed owners. I had a voucher for a free ice cream cake which they refused to honor. It has no expiration date on it and says nothing about having a time limit for use. They refused to let me use it which does not incline me to return to spend money here. Honoring my voucher would have secured them a customer for life. Seems like that would have been worth the cost of a small cake many times over. I’ll take my business to one of the many other frozen yogurt places in Vancouver instead.
I was given a gift card, and was pleased to find out that this Menchie’s was not too far from my home!My husband was even more pleased to find out that they served Dole Whip. We took the kids to get some Froyo, and they were happy with the prices. Regard three small to moderately sized servings for around $15. The kids did not go crazy with the servings, so that probably saved us…This location has a variety of frozen yogurt, and most of the toppings are in little plastic individual cups that you can snag and add to your fro yo. I assume that is a new change since Covid, as it definitely reduces sharing of serving utensils. They also had a variety of fresh chopped fruits and topping sauces, that were buffet style.Everyone was happy with their treats, service was decent and the prices weren’t crazy. Recommend ?
Ordered delivery and added request for a Sorbet showing on their website. Did not receive correct order so I called to see why and what could be done. The woman who answered said it wasn’t on their menu at that location and I must have been on the wrong website. I told her I was positive it showed on her website and she said I was mistaken. Got off the phone and I check again, I was correct, so I called back and asked for her info and the managers number; she hung up on me. I tried to call again (in case it was an accident), and she let me ring to voicemail. Really appalling service.
