Good food. The server she was awesome. Didn't catch her name (glasses, blue eyes, a few tattoos) you were awesome. Good environment family friendly ???

Stopped by the East Vancouver location on Sunday 4/16 for an early dinner. There were about 12 patrons at four tables besides the three of us with three wait staff and one bartender. The service was slow and inattentive, we waited 29 minutes to get one small salad, two basic cheeseburgers, and a small order of tots. Our server never checked on us, the tots were horribly over seasoned and the bun on the burger was charred black on the inside making it inedible. We ran out of water and had to call another server to refill the glasses twice. Two tables from outside complained that the server didn't come back to cash them out after delivering their bill. Our server was dressed in yoga pants, ratty tennis shoes and a stained pink sweatshirt that was at least three sizes too big. I get the casual nature of McMenamins but this gal looked like she just rolled out of bed. This location is hit and miss with service and food quality. When it's on, it's average. When it's off, it's way off. We won't be returning.
Little bit of a wait sometimes to get a seat, but always worth it. Staff is very friendly, food is 100% worth the price
Good food and quite enough to have a good conversation. The wait staff was great for being short that day. The windows could've blocked the sun a little better.

I love this little place. I have never had a bad experience here, the staff is always friendly, the food is always good, love the different beers. I stop in probably once a month for a late lunch on the weekend, either by myself or with a friend and there is no difference in the way I am treated. It has become my "local" in many ways. The food is consistently good, and always something interesting on the specials sheet. This is the epitome of the neighborhood pub.
I had a small happy hour pepperoni pizza and my friends had the Harvest Moon salad. We all had ciders....yummy! Very attentive waiter.
One of the few McMenamins that offer pizza! We got the Tropical one with pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeños and parmasean cheese. Also the Terminator Stout highly recommend!!!
