Ordered my wedding cake from here in August. Tasted amazing and everyone enjoyed it! I will say that the back of the cake did have a smudge in it when we picked it up. They tired to hide it by putting it facing the back of the box. So we took pictures of just the front. My family and I decided it wasn’t worth it to say anything on our special day…
Disappointed with my experience. This is my second year buying a birthday cake for my husband. Last year they were awesome and very responsive via email and phone. This year, I inquired via email and was told they don’t respond to their emails nor check it. I asked for a custom cake which I was met with a rude lady who told me they basically can’t do anything special decoration wise.(I didn’t ask for anything crazy) I had also requested for them to do a particular smaller font and off centered for more room for my decor. When I picked it up, the font was huge and not what I asked for. Overall, a bit disappointed but nonetheless, the cake itself tasted amazing as always.I don’t suggest Larson’s for someone who wants a custom cake, but perfect for a simplistic/basic cake.
I have bought treats here for quite a few years. I recently bought a mint chocolate torte for my anniversary and it was so delicious and beautiful. I have tried a multitude of cakes. The lemon (looks like it has a flower in the middle) is great, the banana is incredible, and anything chocolate is always a win.The staff is always so nice, caring, and knowledgeable. If you need a sweet treat, come here!
Went here a long time ago, forgot to review. Only place I have been able to find creme horns besides one other place in Burbank, CA.Their pastries are great. Wish they were closer,
I called multiple times at different times of the day for two days in a row 1/11 & 1/12/2022 to try to order a birthday cake. There was no answer and messages said the mailbox was full and to enter my access code. I live out of state and so could not find out if it is still open. Anyone out there know?

I’ve gotten the banana cream cake three different times and it has been amazing.. highest quality cake that I’ve purchased. I want to start by saying I appreciate those cakes a lot, well worth the money.For my birthday this month, my fiancé drove over an hour to pick up a carrot cake that we would enjoy together. I love carrot cake and thought what better place to go for a high quality cake. However what we received was dry, it lacked flavor and felt almost stale in my mouth. It really was a let down..So please if you go here, grab their banana cream cake and maybe other cream cakes, but avoid the carrot cake. I’ve been looking forward to getting another one of their cakes for months but this was disappointing
Customer service is great, as well as the desserts.However the Deli is the opposite.Cheap, processed, store bought bread. Very disappointing for a bakery. I in particular tried the egg salad sandwich. The egg salad was also very clearly processed/store bought. Not only overpriced, but just no good to eat either.
I've bought several different varieties of cakes and loved them all. The kind of cakes that are made the fashioned way. I have bought their Danishs and other goodies too.
We're so lucky to have such an amazing local bakery! They make a wide range of cakes and tortes that have become our go-to for birthdays and special occasions. The breakfast danishes and other pastries are also firm favorites. Plus, the customer service here is so friendly, it feels like it's from another era or a small town where everyone knows your name. I hope they are in business for many years to come.
