Waited in the drive thru for half an hour only to find out that they had no more original donuts. Their machine was conveniently “burning” the donuts on “beat the pump” day. I asked if we could pull up later and see if it was working. They said yes. I pulled up at 8:45 and they were closed even though they should close at 9. Over all a great waste of time.
The employees here are always nice and super helpful. Amazing customer service experience every visit. Donuts always taste fresh and yummy.

Unfortunately the last visit on Sunday was unpleasant. Because one of the staff who served me was not friendly. When I asked to make an ice latte from their menu, he was very unhappy ?, it was very slow, and what he made it was impossible to consume, it went into the trash. I wanted to go back, but I don't have extra time. I hope this doesn't happen again, if someone helps him to make a conclusion (for example, a manager). Well, or he needs to change jobs, but not for customer service.
I ordered 8 doughnuts and was only given 6 of them. I ordered 2 raspberry filled glazed and was given 2 raspberry filled powdered sugar. A lot of errors for a basic order.
I love me some Krispy kreams.. I'm a plain old fashioned kinda girl. They just melt in your mouth and are so light and fluffy that it's almost as I your eating doughnut flavored cotton candy. Love it!
It’s right by my house so I’d like to go there, but the coffee is served barely luke warm. It’s like someone is spitting in your mouth, and not in a good way.They even have lies pasted up all over saying “warning coffee served very hot!” Who was the temperature tester? A toddler?!If I’m gonna spend $4 on a cup of coffee at least use a nickels worth of electricity to heat it up.
Had some Difficulty in getting the app to work. Charging full price for deals on sale...Wanted to add to my rewards buying online but not worth an extra $10.00 at checkout.
To whom it may concern,I stopped into Krispy Kreme today for something I don’t get often (I don’t live anywhere close to Krispy Kreme) Long story short, I messed up and ended up losing a pretty absorbent amount of money from work today, as I think it fell out of my pocket (completely my fault 100% lesson learned) I called the shop and Jordan picked up and was not only understanding and clam with my clearly frantic state but also empathetic and willing to try and help in what ever way he could. Anyways I never found the money (not the point) but Jordan followed back up with me regardless and went above and beyond what I would expect from someone I don’t know. Thank you Jordan!Donuts are fire btw ?? 10/10 going back!
