Bought the $30 deal and my whole family got sick. 10 piece chicken mash n gravy with mac n cheese. Were going on 3 days of sickness. Trying to figure out how to report to health department to inspect this location.
Sadly, the chicken we ordered was OLD. Maybe they should try making smaller batches. Disappointed with our orders.
We had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was very good. The bun was very fresh and the pickles were not overpowering. My wife liked the fries,but I didn't care for them myself. One of the better chicken sandwiches you will find anywhere.
Didn't go in but the drive through food and service wasn't bad. And KFC still seems to be more reasonably priced than say McDonald's or Carl's Jr. Plus I love fried chicken...
I have a picture of my chicken that was in the meal my son bought from your place it was two weeks ago when I was sick with COVID and couldn't cook dinner so he got me a meal with 3 pieces of chicken a biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravey and mac and cheese my chicken was so dry two pieces a drumstick and wing wasn't even edible, I've never had chicken from there that bad and even the mashed potatoes where different and I understand I was sick but pictures don't lie and I sure took one. you guys need to do better mabey that's why there wasn't a line around the corner like there was at that Popeyes down the street. we had bought 4 meals and there ones with chicken strips where better but the ones with chicken wasn't edible my son was sad at the choice he made to go there
Great experience here. Really good service. Got a very large order & it didn't take very long to get my it.
Dried out near dehydrated food just now. Chicken could not be eaten it was that dry. The biscuit was hard as a rock also. Clearly the food had been sitting around for hours. Been to this location many times, this happens about 1 in 3 times I go there.
Absolutely deplorable, the tattooed woman working the drive thru was incredibly unprofessional and rude, rushing us through our order and generally just being impatient and aggro. Our mildly autistic friend was the one driving at the time, she got her debit cards mixed up and had a panic attack because of the incident. The lady at the drive thru tried to keep the card given by mistake and asked us to go around and come inside. Overall horrible experience, will likely never go back.
This location is always packed. Very busy in the evening. Especially weekends. We have always had good food here. Orders come out nicely packaged and with napkins and utensils ready to go. We drive thru this location about once a month for the past several years. It has been consistently good.
This location is terrible. Terrible customer service, I am pretty sure they are high, they never have anything in stock. Instead of telling you when you arrive, they wait for you to make an order, take the entire order, and then tell you they are out of chicken. How do you run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant? I would give them zero stars. Management needs to reevaluate their employees.
