I'm REALLY grossed out! I found an ant in my Sierra mist when I went to open the lid. My soda tasted like the flavor was off too, like all I could taste was club soda basically, so I went to dump it out and there was a dead ant in the cup!! There's no excuse for that! That's so disgusting!!It makes me paranoid about my food and how not clean the restaurant is inside. I'll be leaving a Survey that's on my receipt, don't really know what else to do. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I will never come to this restaurant again. Please fix this!
Placed online order, came to pick it up and they informed me they are out of chicken tenders. They can substitute the out of stock items, but can not issue a refund at the store. This order was placed directly through Kfc online and not a delivery partner like Grubhub or door dash.This is so frustrating, they couldn’t give me a curtesy phone call or even update the items they are out of.So now I have to call kfc hotline and wait 24-72 hours for a refund to be issued. Thank god this isn’t my family’s last $ and we can still afford another option.Horrible experience
I was So impressed with the team tonight! 730/745 pick up, online order, all younger people with Excellent communication and totally on top of my rather large order. (I scheduled for longer time because I don't ever want to be "that" person). Even my sauces were on point. The young lady expediting was Excellent, calling out to her team and making everything smooth. Watch out KFC, I might make job offers to your Excellent staff.
The original chicken sandwich with no hot spicy sauce on it is a good one? if you want mayonnaise and pickles on it or something on it that would be your guys's choice so,but I prefer theone with only mayonnaiseand pickleswith nosignatureSpicy sauce and the fries are great too.
The food is still FLG, but the staff meets the stereotype of teen that don't care about service. The last several times going through the drive thru we had to pull to the side to wait for an item, which is fine, but both times they forgot about us and we had to go in to get our food.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could, I had a 3 piece dinner, it was the nastiest chicken I've ever had from them,the chicken was raw,and grease ihad grease running down my arm,this isn't the first time I have gotten bad meals,a piece of chicken is mostly breading and bone,sometimes the thighs have no meat,I wish they would improve, and sell good chicken again, I've always loved KFC,and still try to give them a chance each time I ordered from them,but this last time was just to much,I can't believe they let this meal go to a person, it was blood raw and what meat was there was rubber.its going to be a really long,long time before I want to eat chicken period, KFC,you don't have a lot of stores anymore, that should tell you something, get your act together, the big guy is looking down on you and he's not happy
Tried the new beyond nuggets, not a fan. It had a bitter after taste, but I also gave a low review because the young lady saidbI had a 4 minute wait. 20 minutes later, I received my food which some of the items werent even warm. I didnt want to hold up the other peoples time that were also waiting, and when I got back to my room, I threw pretty much everything away.
Well, my friend who always gets #2, whether in Vancouver, wa. or The Dalles. Said felt an ingredient was left out. It didnt taste like the chicken box she was use too getting. But she ate it anyway. I got something different, Mac and cheese bowl with chicken gosh, it was pretty darn good, There was enough for another meal. ?Sorry folks no photos I sooo hungry!
I don’t usually review fast food, but when you get good service: shout it out! To the man with black glasses who helped me (no name tag): thank you for the great service and positive attitude. The restaurant was really clean, food was great, and quick.
Their biscuits are always so good that I had to have one during the drive home. I was so disappointed to immediately find that they weren't fully cooked! They all were doughy on the inside. ☹️ Wth?
