This place is an absolute gem! We've only eaten breakfast items when we come here but the burgers and sandwiches look amazing. This place is small and very busy but this adds to the charm. Best biscuits and gravy in Clark County. Their skillets are ferocious... My favorite being the Country Skillet with country fried steak, two eggs, home style potatoes, all smothered in their sausage gravy. If you're looking for a memorable breakfast experience, go to Joe's!

This tiny diner was so charming and sweet! Food was great and so was the service. My favorite part— the butter came pre-softened; none of that frozen-solid-pad-of-butter nonsense. Also, the pancakes here, unlike many other diners, don’t immediately disintegrate once syrup is applied. I was feeling splurge-y, so I also tackled a chocolate malt. Loved it all!

Amazing omelette! Fast service. They had an influx of regulars that were treated very well … reminded me of Cheers (where everybody knows your name). It is very, very small. So be prepared to wait. And if you get a table in the middle, then be prepared to eat with zero elbow room. The service was very personal. There’s a lot of history in this building. I think I read that this was the oldest restaurant in downtown Vancouver (established 1932).

Great customer service, everyone was friendly and so nice to see smiles. The environment and menu reminded me of "Tasty Crust" back home in Maui. But most importantly, the food was amazing. Country breakfast definitely hit the spot, NY steak breakfast special was perfect, and the kids loved their cheese burger and fries (surpised me they ate it all). First time at Joe Brown's Cafe and recommend everyone go try them out you won't be disappointed.

Great little spot in the Couv, people were waiting for seats. So i wadnt dissapointed. Standard breakfast, but with some cool sounding omelletes on the menu. I had a simple egg and corn beef hssh, will try an ommellete next time!

Great home cooking. Traditional old school diner.

I haven't eaten here and now I never will. Picked up an order for a customer (I pick up and deliver) and not only was the waitress mask-less, as she packed the order, she was handling her cell phone, touching her hair and RUBBING HER NOSE! Even if we weren't mid pandemic I would be appalled. Lost my business before they actually had it. This place was on our "need to try" list, but no more! Yuck!

I’ve been a regular at Joe’s since we moved to Vanc two years ago. Classic tiny vintage diner and everything you’d expect from that. For what it is, it’s perfect. Try the blueberry pancakes. Most of the year, they use fresh berries and it’s to die for. Just add butter, syrup, and a wee dash of salt - and you’re entering heaven.

An original style diner - nothing fancy and the food comes out quickly. All the staples are on the menu. The smaller setting means you won't go unnoticed. No bank buster menu items either. It can be busy with a wait during peak breakfast hours.

My mom, sister and I went there for lunch. It’s was a late lunch 2:00. My mom and I both had a bacon cheeseburger and my sister had a club Sandwich. The only thing good on our meal was the small bag of Lays potato chips. All three of us got up after just a couple bites and paid for food and left. The burger was Rock hard and as Thin paper. The meat on the club sandwich was slimy and add had the texture of spam. I would not recommend this place. I would not even go here again it’s someone else’s buying my food.
