I failed to consider the closing time before placing my online order, instead of giving me any grief or telling me to kick rocks, the dude nicely called me and told me they were closed and offered me a window of time I could still get them, I got there in time and as per our conversation the door was still unlocked, and I found my sandwiches right there waiting for me. They were as delicious as always. Went in Friday night to get a sandwich and the girl working, once she finally decided to saunter, slowly, over to the register, never once said a word to us. No greeting. No kindness. No caring.Deal breaker for me. I'll spend my money where I'm not made to feel like you wish I wasn't there.
One of the best sandwiches ? I have ever ate, but I wish they had more condiments .

Horrible ! The staff needs to be trained better’ I spent 15 min for my sandwich when I was the only person in the store ..there was multiple workers all working on online orders.. some just standing around ! Sadly this is not a one time thing as it seems to happen every time lately
First time ordering. Sandwich was so good I actually came back 3 hours later to try a new one.

Slowest JJ's I've ever been to. They weren't even busy and the three of us have been standing here waiting for our food for a bit and they forgot the bacon on a Club Lulu....
