They have a sign that said Mama approved. Well not pregnant mama approved. They won't heat up their meats for pregnant woman, they said it's "against company policy". The only thing you can order is the 2 wraps they have or tuna sub. The tuna was ok but wish they could have heated up the meat for a different sandwich for me. Not Mama approved, I have to disagree and they should take down the sign that's says so.
Very nice staff - however, I decided on the tuna fish and for all of you tuna lovers out there, it was positively atrocious! They serve the total “fishy” like ‘bottom of the Atlantic Ocean “fishy” tuna fish’. I was totally sick eating it. I’ll make my own - thank you. What a statement of “let’s get the cheapest grade of tuna we can possibly find in the U.S.” in order to make a net profit killing. Secondly, with more than one sandwich, how about a bag to carry? Thirdly, the “Umwich” wasn’t even posted on the menu board. Why not? So I had to ask. Also requested tomato, lettuce and onion on the sandwiches - only cheese, cucumber, and mayo were listed but I was assured the rest Is always included. Ok, JJ, do you want to get your menus updated? Walking in and playing the…so I’d like added” with the response “it already comes with that” when it’s not listed is such an exercise in total frustration, you have no idea.
We are all human and I want to give a shout out to these ones. They are fast and they make sure you get your order! I appreciate the patience provided during mix ups ;)
I wish I could give zero stars if it was possible. However, 1 star is going to have to suffice. To begin, the two young ladies (the young Hispanic without a clue in the world , and the other one, which I would say is 5 foot and less than 100lbs soaking wet) were SO beyond rude. Came in, and they just seem to be standing around not giving a single care in the world.I will NOT be recommending this location to anyone WHAT SO EVER! I get that this is just a job to some people, however when we are here as paying customers, they should be doing a lot more then f*****g around.Way to go Jimmy Johns ??
Food is good and service is excellent. Definitely worth the visit.
The sandwich I had was very average… but the customer service was phenomenal this curly headed person to whom I can only assume is Jewish was just the kindest to me, not only did he ask me how my day was as I waited for my sandwich, he asked how I was doing mentally and physically. Did I open up to him a bit too much? Potentially, but he listened as if he was my therapist, not only that but he was simultaneously making basically everyone’s sandwiches whilst he did it I was amazed he made about 12-14 sandwiches while having a full blown conversation with me. He’s the extra 2 stars on my review.
