This team is amazing! During a lunch rush, short staffed, they got things handled quickly and professional. When a “Ken” of a customer ordered, got upset that they didn’t have French fries and left during the order. Came back and harassed the staff for not having his order ready. They held their composure and took care of business. People don’t disrespect those that make your food. Greatly appreciate the team at the Hazel Dell location! I’m happy to say what you can’t and defend you against stupid people. I will always be a loyal customer. Keep up the good work
Went in on wendsday night. Was greeted by very cheery and helpful staff. There was a young blonde girl making my sub and she talked to us and made us laugh and we had a good experience. Definitely will be back for my #13 Italian. And the exceptional. Service
Food is usually good, the teenagers “running” the place are going to run it to the ground. They are often slow and distracted, needing extra direction and possibly more training. Incredibly slow and poor service :(
I pick up for doordash and have picked up two orders from here. The first time I waited about 10 minutes for a sub and soda… which wasn’t a big deal but the second time i was told it would be just a few minutes which turned out to be a 30 minute wait. I watched them make the sandwiches and they drenched them in vinegar… I wouldn’t want a soggy sandwich. The worker who bagged the subs didn’t seem to know how to wrap them or bag them either. This location is permanently blacklisted now.
They ran to the door to turn off their open sign and lock the door as soon as we pulled up to the restaurant tonight. Unfortunate because we were arriving 15 minutes before they were supposed to close too. This is not the first time this has happened either. Should reduce hours if they can’t stay open until close.
Sandwiches are good but a little spendy for a sandwich.

I posted this 3 weeks ago. This is an update. I forgot how bad this place really is apparently because I ordered from them again and they did the EXACT SAME THING.Took over an hour for them to make my sandwich. Last time I ordered it without mayonnaise and they still put it on my sandwich. This isn't the first time they've done this so this one star review is completely warranted. Last time this happened I had to drive up there and have them fix my order.

I just had a Big Kahuna cheesesteak! OMG! It was amazing, haven't had a decent one since I left the East Coast! Absolutely delicious!
