Here are the top 3 reasons why this is such a great company and location.1. Unlike other smoothie places, you’re able to make call in orders with Jamba. Which is crucial for people like myself. If I’m driving I’m not trying to pull up the app and order. By allowing phone in orders, they are creating a safer environment.2. The consistency of multiple Jamba bars asking if I would like the extra that didn’t fit in the cup. At other places it’s usually not filled to the top or the extra is thrown out. The consistency shows me that they have all been trained to offer what is paid for. Not throw it away. That’s above and beyond to me.3. The set up. The amount of machine and employee power gives Jamba a top of the line customer experience. Never have I had to wait long for Jamba. They have a routine and a way to go about it. That’s crucial for a successful company.Overall Jamba takes the win for corporate Juice Bars in the area, leaving Nektar at the bottom. Congrats Jamba.
I tried ordering delivery for the first time bc my family is quarantining due to flu. I was able to use a free delivery promo but was still charged over $6 in delivery service fees plus the $4 driver tip. Then the driver dropped our order in our backyard without us knowing!!! They walked through our back gate and into our yard instead of leaving it at our front door (so glad our dog was inside at that time bc I don't imagine that would have been a good surprise for either of them). By the time we found our order, our smoothies were watery.
Service is usually on top of it and orders are accurate. Pretty straightforward; haven't had a bad experience really.
I typically never leave reviews for places (this is probably my first review), but I have to say that Genesis from Jamba went absolutely above and beyond for me and made my whole day. I called to see if they offered curbside pick up as I have been getting over being sick and just wanted to be safe. Although they didn't have an official curbside pickup she said that they could make it work for my situation and after getting my information down would look for me when I arrived! Not only that when I went to order my drink (Orange-C Booster), she made some amazing recommendations considering my situation of getting over being sick. She added extra vitamins in my drink and recommended replacing the sherbet in the drink with strawberries instead! I was absolutely taken aback by the incredible service she showed me. A little bit goes a long way in someones world...especially mine! Thank you thank you thank you!! :) <3
three months ago I did an online order that didn't get fulfilled was told by management they couldn't refund online orders so I called the district office they said they would do one but never did. go to necktar juice bar screw Jamba they rip you off
