Visited this location today and haven't been here in quite a while due to the store not being great with getting smoothie order correct and tasting good. Today is a different story! The staff working this afternoon did a great job making the smoothies! Not only did the smoothies taste great but we asked about how they handle food allergies and Sam took her time to explain the precautions this location takes and what they can substitute if you can't have a certain item in a smoothie or smoothie bowl. We also asked if Jamba may start carrying some sweet and Savory gluten free food items too. They have not heard of corporate making any announcements but did say to go and take the survey online and this may help to get the stores to start carrying gluten free options.well done turning this store around!
The store was very busy when I arrived, but the staff was VERY quick and efficient in getting everyone's orders done. When I got my order, my smoothie was DELICIOUS - I was not disappointed ???
This morning when I picked up my online order, an employee bagged up my order on a counter top that was filthy with smoothie puddles. I'm disappointed that there was no common sense to clean that before placing a clean bag on top of it. Additionally, this is the second time we've requested extra granola with our smoothie bowls and have not received it. The Jamba Juice in Hazel Dell always gets our order done correctly and is a clean location. I'll take my business there instead.
Jamba is excellent. Their beverages and smoothies are delicious and their Belgium walks is amazing. I only wish they were slightly less expensive. A medium smoothy will usually run you around 7 dollars.With prizes rising everywhere, it would be great to see the leadership at Jamba chip in and give us a bit of a price break.
Awesome staff and scrumptious smoothies. Try the orange dream machine with 3g energy shot. It is just like an Orange Creamsicle!
