Yummy food! And tasted fresh! Best part ? The cashier was super nice and so was the other employee who handed us our drinks and food. Best customer service here!
So this is a late review but last two weeks ago it took us 30 min to get thought the drive through and there was only us and another car. We spent 10 at the box waiting. And then another 20 at the window. The worker had to ask for our order three times. Dude was high as a kite. I'm all for recreational Weed. But come on dudes. Don't be blitzed out of your mind while working.
The Mexican or Indian guy who works in the grey button up, had to be the manager. Practices disgusting behavior. Literally yelling at the kid in the drive through, I forgot about it until I came back today and mentioned it to him and he said “yeah that kids dumb”.. what a pathetic excuse for a boss.
Went through today with my husband having to repeat himself multiple time for just the first item in the order. This is a pretty consistent issue but we excuse it because of the excessive road noise. I ordered a buttery jack. Which comes with a specific type of bun. Nothing was said about being out or a replacement. I just received my sandwich with whatever bun they felt like putting on it. To top it off, the fries taste like nasty old oil. This is also not a first. I am continually unimpressed
I was The only person in the drive through. they asked me to go park because my fries were taking longer. I politely Said I would stay here as there was no one else in line and I didn't want to go sit in the dark. they just shut the window without saying anything. they gave me my food but was missing a couple items. not very good customer service
I've placed a couple delivery orders from here this last week, due to them being the only place open. Each time the order has been messed up, from incorrect drinks to messed up food items. With the frequency that it has happend I don't believe my delivery drivers are responsible for these mistakes. This jack in the box is terrible. ?
Always can get my breakfast anytime of the day that I want great milkshakes too love this fast food place
Food posing to put it short, I only had a few bits of breakfast food. Egges and I could taste the kitchen to put it lightly. I won't be ordering food from there again. Additionally when items are forgot what have been paid for I'm told that ohh sorry we don't have any left. Excuse me? Why take my order.
I placed an order through the mobile app only to be told at the pick up window they could not provide the chicken sandwiches because they didn't get their delivery that morning. I understand this. What I don't understand is why the manager, Jesus, was not able to modify my order to just take off the chicken sandwiches. He wasn't able to anything for me to resolve the situation. He claimed he couldn't honor the 2 for 6$ burger deal I placed through the app. I get he's a franchise store, but seriously? I ended up having to pull up the app and place the order again (minus the chicken sandwiches) while sitting there at the window with people lining up behind me. How was that the only solution. And from the manager?!?! And now I see two pending charges to my credit card even though he said it wouldn't charge me unless he confirmed on his end.*Update 1/3/22: Filled out their contact form the same day I wrote the review. No response from anyone yet. Checked my credit card statement and was double charged. Tried calling the franchise and no one answered. Going to dispute the charges through my credit card company.
Went to this Jack-in-the-Box location 30 minutes ago, the lady at the window was so rude and so short with me. I had ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, came home bit into three of them and found shards of bone. Tried to contact the store and got hung up on three different times on top of now they will not answer my calls. I do not recommend this location to anyone less than one star coming from me
