Food is always cold! They never give you the right bun for the sandwich they just use a plain Jane bun for everything even though the sandwich calls for it also why did you guys even take away the loaded curly fries and replace them with the nasty mini tacos so glad I spent nearly 30$ for garbage
Horrible sandwiches, lady screwed up the order before even getting to the window. Get home and still the wrong sandwiches. Never going back , rip off horrible workers

One location makes a big burrito while a different location makes the same burrito Huge! Breakfast time you might receive a huge burrito but late night it's not so much and vice versa.

Hamburger was good, but the chicken salad had 1 piece of chicken that was so tough it was inedible.
Have been here on several occasions at 6:30am and no one is here. Your business will fail if your employees can't even show up to work.
I did a online order , picked it up and got home saw that half the order was gone went back and some ugly skanky mexi lady called me a lier said I never went there demanded to see my order I showed her and she said no you were never here.. what a joke good thing the inside was closed cause she still be looking for her nasty teeth ... Will never go back. 11/24/21... She needs fired... Who hires a p.o.s to run there store... will be contacting owner and cooperate
I ordered a med fry through the app and tried to get a hold via phone, with 4 or 5 attempts and no one answering the phone they took my money and I can't even get what I paid for. So ridiculous

YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE RIPPING YOU OFF IT SAYS JACK IN THE BOX CLOSES AT 10PM WELL EVERY DAY I GOT THERE AROUND 630PM AND THE WORKERS ARE IN THERE BUT THEY DONT TAKE ORDERS! I HAD TO GO POUND ON THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW JUST TO SEE WHAT THE HELL WAS GOING ON AND SHE JUST SAID THEY ARE CLOSED BUT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THESE LAZY EMPLOYEES DO IT EVERY DAY IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS OR MAKING FOOD WHY ARE YOU AT WORK?
