Didn't get what I ordered. They gave me single burgers and I ordered 2 doubles meals. You can't eat inside so we had left l will eat somewhere else next time I am in the area
I just got out of the hospital and was really wanting a cheeseburger, my hubby stopped at this jack in the box and order a cheeseburger combo, famous jack or something like that, we live a few blocks from the restaurant, he was told the pop machine was out of order after he’d already paid for my meal, then he got home, less than a 5 minute drive, everything was cold! I had wanted a cheeseburger for over a week and that was the best you could do?? He came home with ice cold food and NO drink!!!
1st this kid who sounds high as a kite tells me it's a 5minute wait at the speaker. 8minutes later he takes my order 2tacos 1 fry 2mini pancakes and 2 grilled cheese total was 10$ and some change. Get to the and several minutes later speaking where I can't hear them at all takes my payment and tries giving me a coke I didn't order this and told him. Then he asked the order and I repeat 2tacos. 1fry. 2mini pancakes. 2 grilled cheese. He said oh we didn't charge for pancakes I charged you only $6 and w.r change I said well then take my card I need 2 orders. He refuses to do another order for us so that means 1 of my 3 kids doesn't get there dinner. Them he hands me a bad and the drink I said I don't want I didn't order. Guess what's in the bag. 2mini pancakes. 1 fry and 1 chicken sandwich we didn't order. Now the 1 kid got there food but the other 2 didn't because they refused fixing their problem and mistake. Never coming back!
We got there at 9:14 PM, waited 5 minutes before getting to order, then we were told another 5 to 10 minutes because they were understaffed. Then on the speaker the lovely milenial said we needed to wait another 5 to 10 minutes. When we addressed all we wanted was 2 shakes, one of their staff came outside to put 2 wet floor signs as barriers, and it wasn't even 10 PM, when it says online they close at 10:00 PM. This is what restaurants are losing money, hiring employees who don't want to go above and beyond. I'm contacting corporate next to complain about this location; 3rd time with issues. We're done!
wish i could pick 0 stars i am so aggravated my dear ole grammy told me herself that this location consistently lacked basic requests of service. they either forget half the order or only have one guy workin the whole joint all i wanted was a tiny taco big box what did get?!?!? a box that not only didnt have sauce holders but they gave three OF THE SAME FRICKIN SAUCE :( so sad
This place is rude everytime and I just went it was 100% dead and I got a combo and a dessert and they were rude idk what it is with people in this area but it's always like I'm bothering them and then they forgot my item witch happends but they didn't give a recipet because they know there attitudes will give bad reviews then I get home realize they forgot an item and didn't give a receipt then when it was hella dead they didn't answer 2 differnt calls ill go to bk right next door AND thier chicken sandwich is over priced
Guy forgot my milkshake. I told him at the window and he said I was not charged. I checked my receipt and I did pay for it. So I go inside to tell him and he is so rude. He gets the milkshake and it is only half full with no whipped cream on top. I tell him come on that is not even full. He says we are out of regular size cups so that is why it is only partially filled up. The guy was so rude to me about it he was hard to believe I will never go there again.
Grabbed a snack before heading out on a drive. Wait time was a bit longer than anticipated, but was reasonable. Unfortunate that it took practically yelling at the speaker to order our food, and even then, somehow they weren't able to understand orders of multiples of items, so we did end up with less food than we were trying to order (we were not charged for it, to be clear..we just tired of yelling at the box as the order taker continued to say they couldn't hear us). Decent food, very classic Jack in the Box.
I would rate a NO STAR if I could. Pulled into to the drive through all lights on, OPEN sign clearly on. The "staff" completed the order 2 cars in front of us then apparently stopped taking orders but did not say anything to the car in front of us or to us as we honked at the window with the open sign and the "staff" right there blatantly ignoring all 7 cars around the building. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never be coming back here.
I come from San Diego California born and raised. So I am happy that the town I now live in has something from home. I love jack in the box
