Well, walked into this jack in the box and there was a sign on the window that said 5.99 double bacon jack combo, I said I want that like 4 times and she kept saying #5combo and I'd point to the window and said the 5.99 combo she said yes. The rest of my family ordered, than I paid and looked at the receipt and she charged me 11.29 for a #5 I told her she charged me wrong and she finally said we don't give money back I can give you another meal for free. Needless to say will not go back here horrible service
Incredibly slow more often than not. Lobby is closed for dine in, and the drive thru is on average a 10 minute wait. Used to have 3 stars because day shift employees are nice.Night shift, not so much.
Fresh food and when we received our large order it 100% correct!! Refreshing!
Waiting to can oder my food took like 15 mins and only one customer ordered before me, and then later I have to wait more 15 mins to get my order, seem like they forgotten my order, so I have to wait 30 mins so I can finish order and got my food. Need to hire more people pls!
This is one of my daughter's favorite places. They have good service and the food is good.
I came to this location five minutes before they closed through the drive thru, I got to the order board and they refused to help us. They would not even answer us on the order board, I use to go to this location often, I will never come back. Poor service..

They dont even use gloves for fries and nuggets that disgusting. I work fast food. Gloves are always worn and hands always washedThat hasent happend here in the 35 min it waited for my 6 items. Never coming here again
The girls who work the drive thru are always very friendly and the food is pretty tasty. Keep up the good work!
