Their value meal menu i think is great,good food,good prices.havent been there a lot,until one night i order a burger it was 3.99 it was one of the best buger i have had in a long time,the bun was so soft not chewy,just soft the meat was perfect not vh over cooked,and it was hot,really hot and so were the fries, i always order a burger for my dog,and it to was cooked perfectly. The kids working there are great from the cook to the pretty little girl taking my money. It was such a good experience i had to call and talk to the manager, he was wonderful he is so proud of his staff.this is my new burger spot.
Normally I wouldn't bother commenting on a fast food joint but I tried the new fish sandwich. Another funny textured piece of fried fish but what really stood out was the overly sweet and sugary tartar sauce that made it nearly unpalatable. I went through the drive through last week, i wanted their fish sandwich, sad to learn they are done with it for the year,don't understand why its so hard to find a GOOD fish sandwich, at different places, McDonalds has one which vh is the nastiest I've ever had in my life,so anyway ,getting back to why I'm writing this,i didn't know what to order, thank goodness there wasn't any one behind me,so i told the cook on the intercoms since no fish,not sure what buger i should order, im 66 and can't eat a ton,so he suggested jack value menu, at the super jack,i think thats what its called, 3.99,best buger ive have had in years, oh my goodness ive been back twice, the bun was beautiful, the meat was moist,not over cooked,the cook was so sweet and cared about my order,i just love him,the girl at the window was sweet beautiful, funny, i love these kids,i called to thank them all,I've called buger places to complain, really easy to do when they mess up so much,but i needed to call to let them know how much i appreciate them,talked with management the next day to let him know how i was treated and how good the food was,and it explained why his employees were so special, they get it from him,he invited my to come back for a burger on him,he didn't need to do that,causes, when its that good,you always go back, THANK YOU ALL AT HAZEL DELL JAGK IN THE BOX
I have seen employees regularly handle food with their bare hands. And im talking loading and bagging food with their hands and starting another order without washing or anything! I'm un able to reply to the establishment's comment on my rating. I am telling You and everyone else who goes here that the employees at this location are NOT following covid guidelines or sanitation guidelines. I pick up orders here REGULARLY. I REGULARLY witness employees cross contaminate and touch food for customers with their bare hands and prepare multiple orders WITHOUT washing their hands. It is disgusting and I will never go here or pick up orders here again. Just because you have the guidelines does NOT mean they are being followed
Every time I go to this Jack in the box in Hazel Dell they mess up my order I ordered a chicken sandwich and instead of ranch or mayonnaise they put tartar sauce on it it's not that I don't like Jack in the box but I will never go to the Jack in the box in Hazel Dell by Wendy's ever again horrible customer service the last three times I have been in I've had to take my food back I took one bite of this chicken sandwich with tartar sauce on it and just threw it away not even worth getting my money back or another Burger I just will never spend another dollar there again
I came to this Jack in the Box at 10:26pm, no one helped me at the drive thru so I drove on. This place closes at 11:00pm and I seen people inside cleaning up. If you close earlier those hours need to be posted. I also find it rude to not even tell me they were closed. This was not the first time this has happened. Very annoying. Only reason I’m giving three stars is because some nice girls gave my dogs a bunch of bacon once.
Either the closing time is wrong or the 2 people sitting down inside didn't want to work anymore. Went thru drive thru at 10:15 and nobody answered. Drove thru and you could see 2 people sitting in there on their phones. Guess they didn't want to work. So I went to McDonald's.
Food is always hot. The drive through is a bit of a wait but the food is worth it
Make sure to check your bag after you get it from the drive-thru we were missing items that we ordered.
