One of the best gyros I’ve ever eaten (and I have eaten many of them!). Very fresh ingredients, flavorful sauces, and a delicious roasted beet hummus for a tasty twist and burst of color.Plus Ingrid and her husband are extremely friendly - you’ll feel like you’ve known them for years.
Tried the bulgogi bowl and my partner had the gyro. Delicious food, great value, and very gracious service from Ingrid herself. The food arrived just a few minutes after we ordered. Pleasant inside and outdoor seating and a nice simple selection of beverages. fantastic spot for healthy lunch (and a beer) on a summer day (: we will definitely return

This place makes delicious and healthy food for lunch. Did I say delicious? Their BBQ chicken bowl is excellent, and so healthy! I am hooked and actually crave the taste. Their hours, unfortunately, are somewhat limited. They are not open on Mondays. When they are open, it is from 11:00 to 3:00 pm. No weekends. This may be temporary due to staffing shortages. One can only hope as I would eat at Ingrid's 4 times a week if I could! This is a small restaurant run by a couple who appreciate life. It shows in their food. Very, very fresh, flavorful, and good for you. They have a few tables available inside and outside when the weather is good. If you are near Ingrid's at lunchtime, eat there. You will not be disappointed. You'll be full and feeling no guilt! Definitely a 5-star lunch.

Amazing service, very sweet people and the food was amazing. 10/10 falafel and is gluten free friendly!! Definitely recommend.
First time I’ve been out of state for vacation and Ingrid’s was my first local place that I decided to get a bite at. The owners are genuine and are warm welcomers. Great food and great people. Love and support all the way from South Texas!
Their beet hummus is to die for. Best restaurant in vancouver if you like medeteranian food. The workers there keep the kitchen in tip top shape and put 100% into crafting the tastiest falafel I've ever had, big fan. -garden

My friend and I split two of the bowls and got the beet hummus and everything was phenomenal!! Ingrid was also so kind and genuine. Excellent service?. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more.
