Straight away when we sat down our waiter threw the utensils harshly and was just in a hurry and rude, cut us off when ordering in general just wasn’t a great experience, not only was he rude to us he was also rude to his coworkers, maybe he was having a bad day but i don’t think that’s an excuse to be rude to customers. Didn’t get his name but he has ginger hair and is pretty tall. Food was good tho
This place has really gone down hill fast.Was definitely not short staffed. Just looked like they were standing around not cleaning tables, not sending out food, and there was ALOT of food that needed to be sent out. The wait was over 25 minutes with no one willing to clean tables and seat people faster. Decided to leave and eat elsewhere. Had ordered to go food a few weeks ago and they forgot to put some of the food in my bag. I would not recommend this place!
I was pretty disappointed in my visit today. Ordered online and showed up when my order said it would be ready, they were pretty busy so I was being very patient. My order took an extra 20 mins and was not competed when I was given the order. I was missing 3 items and when I finally was satisfied with my items I was given an attitude for asking for an extra bag for all the items that were missed.
In the past we had stopped going to this location due to bad service. But after our visit tonight, I have changed my mind. We had no wait when we got there. The staff were quite nice. The food was amazing. But our server Kyle was the best part. He took such good care of us. He was quite busy as he seemed he was the only server on our side of the restaurant. But not once did we feel forgotten about. He never seemed to rush any of the customers. He treated everyone as if they had his undecided attention while also keeping track of the other tables. Kyle is an amazing server and I hope he realizes how much he makes a difference to others.
Relative and I came here for dinner. He ordered the eggs and sausage link combo and I ordered the eggs and ham combo. Service sucked. Waitress only came by twice. Once to see if we were ready and again when we were ready to order. Never came back until it was time to pay. Food sucked as well. Everything she brought out was cold
Short wait time to get a table. After that, poor service. 10 minutes till we were able to order. After a 30 minute wait, food was room temp when served. Some confusion as who was to be our server. Asked for another serving of the endless pancakes, but after 15 minutes waiting, decided to just get our check. As we were leaving they offered the pancakes ?... No thanks.
I understand that places are under staffed but when my husband and I were one of the only people in there and it took forever to get anything. The staff was to busy talking to eachother about how they should have a baby shower for the only cook that was back there. Do better.
We tried going there on Saturday, January 29th, around 1pm. Upon arriving, an employee rudely says to us "the dining room is closed we only have one server!!!" No smile no sorry no greeting. They could have had a note explaining the situation on the door so the customers would know before entering. I was there to use my birthday deal but since we were turned away I missed out.This could have been handled in a more polite way.
Overall good experience with service, food, ect. They're hasbrowns are good without the extra grease, too!
Extremely friendly staff. The manager was very attentive, kind and friendly. The food was delicious, nothing amazing but still good. I would definitely go in there just for the experience.
