I ordered from them for dinner tonight. I had the chicken yakisoba with side of gyoza and husband had teriyaki beef with side of gyoza. It’s so delicious! Everything was fresh even though it was through doordash. If you like gyoza make sure you order as a side because you get 3 pieces for $1.50 so we got a total of 6 pieces for $3 instead of the price of the 8 piece appetizer which is $7.50. Their prices are really fair and the portions are huge. And they are always consistent with quality. I’ve been eating here for years and it’s always amazing.

Recently I have been back to this itches and they have really turned it around. Now their food is amazing very tasteful and I feel a good price.

Great tasting! Worth the price. Nice environment with outdoor seating.

Best bibimbap I've been able to find in the area! ? Consistently tastes amazing and they are so quick when I call in an order to go! I also work for Uber eats and I have never had to wait for an order to be ready when picking up from here! ?

Amazing yakisoba. Alittle pricy but packed with flavor. Their fried rice is solid as well though their proportion size is lacking for the price. Service has always been fantastic though so i shouldnt compain too much about the price.

Great place for a big, tasty lunch. To be honest, I almost always just get the Homemade Spicy Chicken, but the menu is full of good options with large portions. The man who runs the cashier is always so friendly even during the lunch rush, and the service is pretty quick.

Walk in its made soon you order, call in for delivery they work fast and professionally to get it done, both ways hot fresh great tasting food, good to have close as i visit friend not needing to go elsewhere. Friendly people. 4th visit soon.

I came here for lunch on a Friday. The service was quick and staff/owner is quite friendly. Most teriyaki places I've been to have good to great taste and Ichi 27 is no different. However, the chicken and pork were very moist along with being full of flavor. So I'd say this is the best teriyaki I've had! The prices are lower than expected especially for being in the downtown Vancouver area. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the table I sat at wasn't super clean and the condiment bottles was sticky. Other than that, this place was great! I had the teriyaki chicken and pork

Best kimchi in town! And great prices for a take-out lunch on a work day. Me and my coworkers love this place and have been enjoying it for years.

Overpriced. Used to go here weekly but they’ve given my order away to an Uber eats driver or gave me the wrong thing multiple times now. The older guy always just laughs and acts like it’s no big deal. Sucks because the food is good
