I love this place, friendly workers always happy and welcoming. Wonderful food
GOOD and BAD: Best flavored beef. Smokey like a BBQ. Rice perfect, worst teriyaki sauce I've ever had in the nation. Beef full of chewy fat. Ew....Lomaine noodles icky texture/not a good flavor. Salad refreshing/great dressing/icky huge lettuce chunks.Walmart deli Chinese food far better. I have lots of money to spend and I eat out hundreds of times a year. So many delicious places. This is not one of them. Staff really friendly and professional. I believe it is a corporate decision to make the food the way it is. Covid and gas prices are probably killing restaurants financially right now. Expect to see a lot of substandard food from now on. A few of my favorite places around the country and either closed down, sold, and the new owner's food is icky, or, the restaurant has started using trash meats/sauces. I spent 45 dollars, so no big loss. Still, you will eat considerably better quality food at other restaurants.
Family and I were excited to get take-out from here for the first time. They were super busy and when I got home I realized they forgot my son's whole meal. I called and spoke with the lady. She said, "What do you want me to do?" I asked if she could just refund that amount back on the card they charged it. She said she would talk to her manager and call back. NO CALLBACK. NO REFUND for the meal that we didn't get. I understand mistakes happen but this is poor service. For the hassle, the food wasn't worth it. Won't be going back.
Super consistent on quality of food! Also, we dined in and were handed awesome real forks (heavy), I was so impressed!
Everything Ive tried there I love. Grilled chicken, fried rice? Shrimp, chicken or pork! Hubs gets kalbi ribs or beef teriyaki. Awesome. Kinda pricey but worth it.

Generous portions however, chicken and steak was very, very dry. Sauce lacked flavor. No sauce with potstickers. Use to be a favorite place, may not be now
Absolutely horrible customer service! Went in to pick up a to go order tonight and completely forgot to grab a mask before leaving my house. A younger girl working behind the counter yelled at me as soon as I walked in telling me I needed a mask, I said I didn't have one and asked nicely if she had one I could use. At that point she aggressively told me no and that she would not serve me without a mask on and she told me I needed to leave. I understand being asked to put a mask on but the way I was treated was not ok! If you guys are going to be that hard core on mask I would highly recommend you have some disposable mask on hand to give your customers!

Food is really good, but the service and prices are poor. The prices are the main reason for the low review. 22 dollars for a plate of chicken with rice and 2 egg rolls is to much for a small lunch spot in my opinion. I know covid has been hard on local businesses but for that price I’ll get bbq or go sit down somewhere And have dinner and a drunk or two for that price. For that price a tiny sauce shouldn’t be extra either. Just too expensive now to go here anymore, I won’t be returning for those prices.
