This review is based solely on my experience with the strawberries and cream ice cream. After reading the other raving reviews, I was expecting a rich, creamy treat that would have me craving more; my experience, however, fell well short of that expectation. Perhaps it was a bad batch? The strawberries and cream did have a solid strawberry flavor, but the texture and consistency was like Halo Top: the scoop collapsed into a grainy heap with a gentle push of the spoon. Bummer!
Great service! They have lots of flavors to choose from. They even have vegan flavors.
The ice cream here frequently has large chunks of ice in it. This wasn't a one-off either. It's happened every time I've visited. Plus the employees never look happy to be there. They seem about as excited as a cat going to the vet.I won't be back.
I am four months pregnant and had been craving the Botticelli Brownie Sundae ALL week. So finally over the weekend, I made the 45 minute drive down arriving about 40 minutes before the store was supposed to close. As I tried to enter the shop, I was hit with a closed sign. Even though the listed hours of operations posted on the window conflicted with the now posted Closed sign on the door. Noticing a few few employees walking around,I knocked on the window, to ask what was going on. That's when I was informed that they had sold out of most of the ice cream, on a Saturday night, so they were closing up shop.... "Most" of their ice cream? To me, that meant that there was still SOME ice cream available. Yet one employee after another, walked up and refused to sell me any ice cream. That's when I asked for a manager and behind him, I noticed an entire cake in the front cooler. Why couldn't I have a slice if cake?! That's when he said "You want a piece of cake? I can do that for you. Would you like a fork too? "Heck yeah I wanted a fork too and two minutes later, I was given the most delicious slice of cake, at no charge, that I had EVER eaten in my life. THANK YOU! All the people who came up to the window and spoke with me had the ability to help me and chose not to. That is, except for the manager and I am forever grateful for his choice to try an rectify the situation to the best of his abilities. You rock!
Had a treat here with my friend and it was so worth it! Their cakes are perfection and the ice cream was heaven! Super clean and the young man working was very nice. 100% recommend you try this place out IMMEDIATELY
The store has great hours, but I'm not super impressed with the ice cream itself. I think the sundaes and more decadent topping add ons are good, but the ice cream alone isn't spectacular. Had the main menu chocolate love affair option and it's good, but nothing special... I also tried a rotating fruit loops flavor and it was really dissapointing. They put whole fruit loops in there which turned squishy and into an unpleasant texture, but worse the ice cream was icy- not creamy. I just feel like nobody tried this flavor before selling it. I do appreciate that the workers there are always nice.Anyway, go here for the evening ice cream cravings, but get the menu items over single scoops. And maybe order their tried and true flavors.
Always good! Friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of hand packed ice creams. A local favorite. Great lattes too! (Goes well with ice cream). I had the salted carmel ice cream! So good! We selebrated my 11 year old grandson's birthday there and he loved it! The place gets busy on the weekends, so there might be a wait (its so hard to choose with so many choices!). Try it, you won't be disssapointed!
Great ice cream joint in the arnada neighborhood. Various delicious choices and a great coffee menu. Perfect pit stop for some creamy ice cream.

we’re avid ice cream consumers and this is the best ice cream we’ve ever had.. boyfriend got brownie sundae with cookies and cream and peanut butter ice cream. absolutely phenomenal flavor, most genuine cookies and cream and peanut butter flavor. i couldn’t decide between the three flavors i sampled because they were all so good so i got a variety.. texture varies among flavors.. just ask if you prefer a creamier vs an icier style… WE LOVE THIS ICE CREAM.
