Excellent food and service. Had reservations but we were seated at a small round table which is not very comfortable for full dinner service.
The scallops were fantastic. They cocktails were amazing.
Quite possibly the worst $200 experience of my life. Overcooked green beans, under-salted food, unwashed potatoes in the au gratin, incorrect wines dropped (cab sauv instead of Sauvignon Blanc), poor service, and overall a regrettable decision. I will probably not return, which is a shame because I really like the hotel.
Great time
I loved the ambiance and decor. There was outdoor live music. Everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing but a bit pricey. I would definitely go back though.
Dinner was delicious and our server was very attentive. Nice place for breakfast too.
I had the ranch chicken sandwich. While the flavor was good, the chicken breast didn't properly fit the bun and/or insides resulting in disappointment with no chicken in several of the bites. If you were to pound the chicken breast a bit, it would cook more evenly and cover more of the sandwich for a more satisfying bite each time. My friend had the cob salad and she enjoyed it very much.
Another great evening at Hudsonâs! Our server, Dani, was excellent, very attentive and anticipated our every need! The food was very good, especially the cheese board. We will be back!
GREAT food. The only reason we gave it 4 instead of 5 for service is because we had to wait several minutes to be seated and were there right on time for our reservation. There was no one at the greeting podium when we arrived. Our server was just great! We were there for brunch and we highly recommend the Bacon Omelette.
We had brunch and it was delicious. Wait staff attentive and engaging. We have stayed at the Heathman Lodge when we were moving to the Vancouver area. Excellent lodge and restaurant. Lobby a must see during the Christmas Holiday season.
