Over priced, slow service and underseasoned meats. Sure, it's a "healthy" fast food place, but there are healthy ways to season meats.

Don’t ever order DoorDash/Uber eats, Etc. here… I’m 0/4 on getting all the toppings i paid for. Most recently, my order was sent without any dressing? Currently eating a dry salad for dinner ?? .. only got 2 stars because the food is still pretty good… ALSO there’s a pretty good chance your delivery driver will bail and you’ll have 2 or 3 different ones show up before Freshii decides to make your food! Speaking from experience.. which really sucks.

Not sure why this place isn’t rated higher. Food was amazing, healthy, and fresh. Awesome fast service too. 5 stars.

Terrible service, not once but twice now, back to back, they have completely messed up my order to where I can't even eat the food. When I told them both times that my order was made wrong I got bad attitudes and the problem was not fixed. 0/10 recommended and will not be going back.

I swear this place gets my order wrong more often than they get it right, yet keep coming back hoping things will get better. There was one day I had to come back in literally 3 times for the same burrito bowl. First it included tomatoes which I asked for none of. They held my bowl over the trash and scoop them out with their hand and give it back to me. Got back to my car before realizing they forgot my steak I paid for. They make me a new bowl this time and forget another ingredient which I don't notice until I'm back in my car again. That person was probably having a bad day. I get it, it happens to all of us. However today my wrap included 2 items that aren't even in the recipe for that particular wrap. Both of which make me sick. I was already home when I got to eating and didn't have the energy to go back and have them fix it so I'm finally writing a review. Make sure you check your order before you leave

I have enjoyed the food from Freshii for years. Unfortunately, it is not enjoyable if you cannot get what you order. The sauce that comes on my favorite bowl is way to spicy for me, to the point that it.makes the.bowl inedible. Twice, I haveordered the bowl on line. Twice the sauce was all over the bowl. The first time, i.just threw it away. The second time, I called to complain. The woman who answered the phone was horrible.

I called in and asked some questions before placing my order. The person who assisted me was super friendly and very knowledgable. She gave me fantastic recommendations based on what I was ordering. The food was delicious and was healthy, I feel great eating it! I'll definitely be back soon.

Imagine spending your money at a place currently demoing outsourced call center cashiering for less than half of the local minimum wage. This kinda late stage nightmare shouldn't surprise anyone any more but you won't catch me with my wallet out at a Freshii.

Long story short: Won't be back until remote ordering system is removed.Long time Freshii customer, we eat here 1-2 times a month. I won't be back until the remote ordering system is removed however. With the new system the staff is disconnected from the person ordering. They had to ask me multiple times what i ordered, if i was Joe for pickup (I'm not Joe lol). There was only two people waiting for food at the time. This is customer dis-service.Second reason I'm not OK with this is that the person doing the remote ordering taking is not based in the US (I asked, didn't assume :). I want to give my money to a business that supports the local economy and provides a job to a person that pays federal and state taxes.

Not a fan of the outsourced cashier (yes they outsourced their cashier to an Indian call center), overall ruins the experience. I’d even rather use a self service kiosk over this, it’s a lot quicker and easier. The food was also pretty underwhelming for the price they charge. Wanted to try this place out but not gunna go back.
