Love this place. Eat here when possible. Even if they get your order wrong, the food is still yummy; and now you tried something new. Worth the trip every time!
Imagine spending your money at a place currently demoing outsourced call center cashiering for less than half of the local minimum wage. This kinda late stage nightmare shouldn't surprise anyone any more but you won't catch me with my wallet out at a Freshii.
First time trying this place. Got the Tex Mex burrito. This will be a regular spot for something quick. It's fresh and healthy. I live out in Washougal, so I'm limited to restaurants unless I want burgers and beer. I will try the one on Mill Plain since it's closer. But when I am in the area I am definitely going to grab something from here. I like that meat is an OPTION and not in everything on the menu.
Real humans and not weird screen ordering is a MUCH better experience than the test site at salmon creek location. This time was a great all round experience.
Never again! The female employee that works there with her hair breaded was so rud and disrespectful i will never ever go there again! So pretty yet so ugly inside!!!!
This store has proven rather inconsistent in my experience. No dine in for extended period of time despite no mask mandate being in place. Yesterday drove way across town to purchase some food and store CLOSED. Not very accommodating. Not even a sign in the window to indicate it was. Fortunately found a food cart not too far away that makes a good salad.
If Google shows it closes at 8:00, it actually closes at 7:30, which means staff will start turning away ppl at 7:00 ?In all my experience working in the food industry, if a place closes at 7:30, and you walk in at 7:23, you should receive service. I walked in (door unlocked) the girl looked like she already had everything packed up for the night. She didn’t say anything to me, instead she just walked into the back room to grab another person who also didn’t say anything to me just walked to the register. I said hello and tried to place my order and only then did someone say they were closed. It takes less than 5 minutes to make a bowl here. I Could have been in and out before 7:30. My guess was THEY wanted to be out by 7:30 on the dot and packed up early… This is terrible service. Someone get in here and train your employees. 7:30 should mean 7:30.
I cannot complain about the service at all. I received my food very quickly, the employees were professional and prompt, and the restaurant was extremely clean. I did not have any issues with rudeness or feeling forced to do anything.However, I did not enjoy the food. I've given Freshii a couple of chances, and I guess I should have expected it to be healthier-tasting. However, the Buddha and teriyaki bowls just aren't that satisfying in flavor, and also I think that they cost way too much for what you get.
Great food! Decided to try them out for our first time and we weren't disappointed. We will absolutely visit again. We got kids items, smoothies, a bowl, a wrap, soup, tacos, and energii bites. Everything was delightfully fresh and tasty. Everyone in our family got everything they wanted since they offer all types of food. Yum!
Your not welcome inside unless you wear a mask, even if vaccinated. Please don't push your unsolicited health ideals on me, especially since none of you are doctors.
