Most of the time five guys does rather well, but this location was not on their game. Order was missing items we paid for.on the burger. Fries we ordered as a large were barely filled in the cup (whereas they are supposed to completely fill and add some on top). Dining room was completely trashed.
They should be called One Guys right now. The one person working there needs 5 stars as she was a rockstar. Between taking orders, cooking the all the food, she greeted everyone who walked in with a smile and a real apology for being the only one there. Then she gave us a pretty accurate wait time of when we could expect our food. But when you have to wait 15 min before even getting your order taken that’s when management need to be there helping out. Hiring is rough right now, so take a hit management, raise your wages as the demand requires it and bring service back to your business. I guarantee that this sole warrior will burn out before you make your millions off her work.
The food seems to always be fresh and really tasty. If you haven't been here already, just know that their regular burger is 2 patties. If you just want 1, you'll need to order a little one. Which is a pretty decent sized burger on it's own.
I have to say I have never been so disappointed in my life as I am right now. The girl who took our order tonight seemed very annoyed with us & how slow we were ordering. She was short with us & rushing us to finish our order. Unfortunately this was not the only down fall to this story. Our order took 22 minutes from the time we cashed out to the time we got the food & the fries were mushy. I was so clearly disappointed because I worked at a Five Guys a few years back. We were taught the full culture of Five Guys, superior customer service, communication, cleanliness, & fast paced ( an order should only take 6 minutes from the time it is placed to the time a customer receives the food.) Upper management needs to do something about this, because this is a problem.
Excellent burgers and food, as Five Guys always does but the service on the floor is often challenged, cleaning tables, drink machines empty, condiments empty, you may have to wait a while before things get refilled and tables cleaned. But the staff is kind and moving as fast as they can to do as much as they can to keep up with the fast pace of business.
Love the food. Hate the fact that no one among the employees asked the maskless, coughing & sneezing take-out customer to put on a darn mask or wait outside for his order. He has options to protect the rest of us waiting for food, but obviously didn't care. Not acceptable behavior. I won't patronize this store again.
Service was great; we didn't have to wait too long for our food. However, when we got there after 12 pm. on Saturday, the store was still closed. The price is on the higher side for burgers and fries. I needed to try it out since I heard it was good. Burger was good, and I loved the fries.
Called in the order for 7 adults and they got it Right!Fresh, Filling but not Fancy.Well run establishment and Tons of Fries!!Side note... The Grilled Cheese with Grilled Onions was a hit!
While a bit pricey this is still a good consistent bang for its buck. I enjoy fries and just a heads up -cooked in peanut oil. If you have true allergy or sensitivities to peanuts this may not be the best. For fresh quality-very much a winner. And a closer location to me.A win!
The hot dog was the only thing good. The fries would have been ok, if it wasn't for the overkill of salt. The burgers no matter how you set them up, are just not good(.)
