Every time we go here it’s EXTREMELY SLOW and it’s gotten so expensive to eat here. $35 for 2 burgers and to SHARE one order or fries, and then waited 35 minutes in the lobby because a giant influx of online orders came in and apparently those are priority. We literally poured our drinks out because they were watered down by the time our food was ready. Honestly 35 minutes at a burger joint is ridiculous, I don’t even wait that long at a regular restaurant that serves more than burgers and fries.

Delicious hamburgers, fries and yummy shakes. Local bought potatoes. Huge portions. We will be back.

I did give them 4stars 2 yrs ago but tonight i am very dissapointed in my called in order to go $20 burger. It sat on shelf for 20 min while I sat and waited right in front of the guy, finally the order lady walked over and checked the bag and said that it was mine.. Never called my name and I saw it put there before 5 orders that he called out.. Then I ordered extra pickles and I got 2 actually 1 and half pickles on it it, the bacon was dry and burger was very dry and very thin.. I won't be going back again.

They have a milkshake there with that you can put bacon into it. There was peanut butter also, and peanuts regular on the floor.Burgers are really good and I love them.10/10

Best hamburgers ever and there food was very good me and husband will be back for sure

These Guys (and Gals) always deliver truly quality fastfood. Best and real meatiest quick burgers of any chain for sure. Get the cheese burger for bliss on the hoof! Fries are also supremely good, made fresh from local potatoes, and truly a cut far above any other chain's fries-especially way, way better than the bogus, plastic "waffle fries" of a chicken choker competitor too awful to be named! Go to Five Guys Right Now for real beef food real quick! (Great hotdogs on hand there, too!)

We go here on the regular. The food is always made the way we ask even with the special requests. Coming from California our go to down there was in-n-out. This is our PNW replacement and I'm happy to say we are good with that! ?

great food. I thought it was great just everything about it

I'm usually a big fan of Five Guys, but yesterday kind of blew it. My burger did not taste fresh. Both my sister and I ordered burgers from this location yesterday for dinner and the bread tasted like it had been left out for several hours. The lettuce was brownish and tasted old. The tomato tasted old and sour. I spent $30 for these two burgers and it did not remotely taste like $30 worth. Highly disappointed.

Burger and fries were great and the staff was awesome. Only negative was that they didn't get our order correct. I ordered mushrooms but got fried onions. My wife's burger had lettuce and mayo that she did not request.
