You burgers are so gross I used to work at Five Guys as supervisor and this is literally the worst Five Guys I've ever had and I work there for a few years I different location you guys really need to get new employees. That can actually cook food. It's really not that hard.I suggest not going to Five Guys anymore the quality has gone down so far it's very sad I used to actually like eating here.
I ate at this Five Guys this afternoon after being on the road for 5 hours. I carefully explained I have Celiac disease to please be careful with my order. They were not, and within 20 minutes of eating I got violently ill. Five Guys is usually one of the few places I can trust. Never again. Thanks to lunch I will be spending the next few days sick instead of enjoying my vacation. If people truly understood how painful and sick Celiacs and those with gluten allergy get, they would be kinder and more aware. My bet is they didn't clean the prep space or change their gloves. If a company prides itself on being allergy aware, they should make sure their employees are actually trained properly on cross contamination.
Food was great. Staff was friendly.Unfortunately tables were dirty.
I've always been a fan of 5 guys burgers, however it appears like most business is gone significantly down hill. Worst burger I've had to date which includes the cheapo burgers like McDonalds, burger King. I ordered a little bacon cheese burger with all the normal fixings. Apparently it no longer comes that way. Just a dry, cheese burger with a few crumbs of bacon for $10. No longer with the time or price. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
From dealing with the gal at the front counter who actually rolled her eyes when I specified I needed bottled water as we were traveling, to 4 out of 5 burgers being incorrect, to the omission of a fry order (couldn’t check until we unearthed the fries at the bottom of the bag under all of the burgers)….this was an epic fail. The mushrooms were an added gaggy surprise, as I had not ordered anything “all the way”. The Pattie’s were dry and flavorless and all my husband could taste were the pickles. But the milkshakes were good, so…?For $60, Just really disappointing all around. With Killer Burger nearby, this location better step up their game. We’ll definitely skip it the next time we drive through on our next trip.Ps. Edited to add, we just discovered the ketchup tastes fermented. Cool, cool.
Staff was great! Friendly, no problem handling busy times and answering questions, made sure food was served quickly and hot to bootBurger patty itself seemed mostly fresh and pretty good flavor. Weird delivery in that the patty is tiny, so they use 2, but center them on the bun in such a way that you don't get even flavor through each biteOther than the burger patty, Five guys food itself is not very goodFries were adequate, didn't seem to live up to the hypeMushrooms were awful, looked liked SLIMY BRAINS (probably canned) and terrible flavor. Nothing about them was fresh. All other veggies were edible, but not tasty, definitely low quality. All of this on a tiny bun that really shouldn't hold more than a burger and a few condiments. For the hype and cost (16$+for a burger and fries), with what you actually get, its not anywhere near good for quick service, nothing about the food itself it makes me want to go back
The service was good! The burger was excellent! The fries were a bit less flavorful than normal or it would have been a five star rating!
Everyone was so kind tonight, the guy taking the order was kind despite going through some hard times, and the “Milkshake Queen” was amazing! Thank you guys for making our late night snack that much better ?
Double bacon cheeseburger and cajun fries... dont get better tha nthat
Love five guysDon't like the red hats?
