My daughter and I ate here on Sunday that would be 6/5/22 and both fell ill with food poisoning IDK what their policy is for handwashing or safe food protocols but it would be really nice if a health inspector would come and inspect this place. I find it hard to believe that we were the only people that got sick from eating at this place, as it was very busy during lunch. We will never ever eat the at this place again. At least they were nice enough to refund the cost of our lunch.

The packaging was better than their food. This was my first time ordering and I was super excited to have my Club on Sub only to find out that they forgot half the ingredients in my sandwich. I basically sat there and ate bread lettuce ham. I could have made that and not have waste $25 on this bs. If you are looking for a good sub go across the street to Subway or down the road to Jimmy Johns. Very disappointed.

After a successful withdrawal of $17,000 from an investment of $1300 from this broker. I'm so excited and unreservedly express my gratitude to Mrs Mariel Ramsey who guided me with through the investment course that yielded me $17,000 profit in just a week. I explicitly stated on the smokehouse Beef and cheddar Brisket to put no bbq sauce on the sandwich and instead give me some on the side. When I got home and opened the bag, I found a side of bbq sauce along with the sandwich itself being smothered in it which I made clear I did not want.

the staff got me out of their quickly despite me being a little impatient, very polite and friendly staff despite me being a little impatient, I try not to be but I had been running all day, I thanked them and the food is great first time eating firehouse subs

Can't tell if there's some sort of meat rind in my sandwich or long stringy plastic from the meat packaging maybe? I've never had it happen getting subs here before but it made me lose my appetite. It's a shame given how pricey the food is, I don't get firehouse very often and I don't think I'll be going back to this location.

Excellent food, served reasonably quickly. While unusual not to hear what I would call normal when I would walk into a firehouse subs location and hear the all too familiar "welcome to firehouse!" chorus from all the employees it seems to be a thing of the past. I haven't heard it at either Vancouver location we have visited to date, and hope it will make it's way back..always made it feel even more inviting and friendly inside.Everything was well cleaned and labeled, drink machine was spotless as well.

This place does not require masks. I pulled up and saw three customers inside without masks on. I’m doing a delivery. I went in and grabbed the delivery and quickly asked one of the employees if they require customers to wear masks. He replied, uh, I don’t know. And I left

This crew is always friendly and helpful. They're definitely a bunch of hard workers too because we walked in with a pretty big order, 7 sandwiches, and we didn't even have to wait very long at all. Probably less than 10min and there were a few people in line before us too. The subs are great, the kids love the freestyle soda machine and the fast, friendly service means we'll be back for sure!

I told myself last time I was here that I wouldn’t come back. It’s just way to spendy for what you get, however I tried again. And that was an epic fail this time. I walk in and they tell me it’s a 15 to 20 minute wait for a sub. They said they had a large order to do. So you’re turning away paying customers that are walking in your door for an online order? Your standards and processes are severely broken.
