Awesome food and service! Actually, the food was so good, I forgot to take photos! That's okay though; we'll be there again soon, and I will make up for that. ?I wanted to be good to my word, so here are the photos I promised. Another good meal, in a cool atmosphere, and excellent service again! ?I had to add last night's dinner to this review. YUM! I'll just keep adding more photos, cause we will be here regularly ?
DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!Super over cooked, my shrimp was so over cooked and rubbery ?. I love the vibe and the servers but the food is bad . No flavor at all also did not see any Latino people eating here. So that would say a lot?? . Super bummed definitely will not be back
I love this restaurant. Me and my family are "frequent fliers". I have had amazing experiences here and a couple ok ones, the last time we were there I asked for a fajita salad (which I have had before) and I was brought out a grilled chicken salad. I asked about it and was told "This is our fajita salad." I said "But there are no onions or peppers?" He took my plate and brought the same plate back that had raw onions and peppers and canned mushrooms on it. I didn't eat it and it was removed from our bill. They made it right, but it was a journey to get there.
Family birthday dinner for my Mom. No problem seating 10 of us and service was excellent like always. Food was on point and this is one of our favorite spots. The server Adam was phenomenal and I suggest you ask for him. Kept the drinks full, food coming and entertainment along the way. Thanks to everyone there, my Mom had a wonderful time and we'll back soon.
We love this place. Food and service is amazing. Miguel I’m the bar is absolutely amazing and so funny. Thanks Miguel for such great service.
The food is good about 85% of the time. We were happy to support this place through the pandemic, ordering takeout at least once a month despite living not close to their location. But it was worth coming back for. The service of the waitstaff was also pretty good. We have been a lot more flexible and tolerant with wait times at restaurants due to the staffing issues in the area. No problems there. But there is one hostess who has ensured we will not be back anytime soon. She argued with us, then got mouthy when we corrected her over a mistake SHE made. To make it worse, she tried to talk crap as we were leaving. I will not be disrespected by anyone when spending my money. There are lots of other restaurants in town that are grateful to have customers and who don't treat them like crap. This place has lost our business for the foreseeable future.
Customer service was good. Food is always excellent and filling. They do not skimp you on portion sizes at all. The drinks are amazing as well. Definitely a one of the best Mexican restaurants in Vancouver. I have been going here for about 2 years now and never been disappointed. They deliver quality food at a reasonable price!
Fiesta Bonita combines fast and friendly service with good Mexican food to provide a good eating experience. Each table fresh tortilla chips with bean dip and salsa prior to meals. Unlike many Mexican restaurants, their chips, bean dip and salsa are exceptional. All of the dishes I have tried have been very good and authentic. The picture posted is of Pollo de caldo and was really tasty.
Walking in, we were welcomed and treated like guests, unlike most joints these days which are totally RUDE.The restaurant is very beautiful, with cute seasonal St. Valentine decorations. The chips and salsa were above average and came with a bean dip which was great, never had anything like that. We ate way more chips than we normally would have. Our waiter, who was a new hire, was very friendly. Very positive, real energy, hope he does well for himself :) If he doesnt cut it as a waiter, he should be a security guard or a bouncer, dude looked like he could make someones head explode with one punch. The enchiladas with rice and bean sides were good, the taco broke in half though. The only thing holding us back from giving this a 5/5 was the taco breaking, the food taking a bit longer to come out than expected, and the prices being a little more expensive than what you get (standard mexican fare).Overall, however, we really enjoyed our visit. It was well worth it, and we would recommend others try it out, and will come back someday.
We had a great experience at Fiest Bonita. Ordered tacos and they were hot, flavorful and just the right portion. The rice and beans were not super special and that prevented me from giving 5 stars. Food is plated hot, meaning no cold dishes. My daughters had an amazingly hearty quesadila and my wife had hot chowder. Again, every main dish was hot and tasty. Staff was kind and attentive, and we were treated with not only chips and salsa, but bean dip as well. We finished it off with very generous portions of horchata! Will be coming back for more!
