A brunch only for Mother's Day. Restaurant was full and very busy. Hostess and server were relaxed and professional. My wife (the mother) ordered smoked salmon toast with greens, poached egg, beet puree, avodado and more. Just delicious! I (the father) received the shrimp and grits dish, with scallion & andouille sausage grits, cajun gravy, wilted greens, fresh farm egg. We felt relaxed and very pleased with our choices. Interesting artwork on the walls from a local art collective. All around a great experience.....

We had an early Mother's Day dinner on Saturday evening & returned on Sunday for Mother's Day Brunch. Elements is simply outstanding in every respect from the food which is amazing & the service which is always top-notch. We always feel welcomed as family to Elements & appreciate the smiling, cheerfulness of one & all. My wife had the crab & brie encrusted trout last night & it was very, very good (I know as she gave me a (small) bite). I had the porcini & cocoa dusted tenderloin: delicious & cooked perfectly. For brunch, my wife had the Chilaquiles Rojas which was so delicious I may have to have it next time. I had the Cured Salmon & Avocado Benedict -- simply amazing. Mary took care of us last night & Micaela was our server today -- both are professionals & do a fantastic job in taking care of their customers.

We have come here for brunch twice and it was phenomenal. This time, we got Saturday evening reservations and went all out. I got a strawberry lemonade and she got two maple old fashioned, which she said were amazing.\\n\\nWe started with the octopus (pictured) and it was cooked perfectly. The greens and potatoes it came with were fresh and perfect. Great appetizer.\\n\\nShe got the beef dish and I got the scallops and shrimp. We cleared every bit of food from our plates. It was honestly the best meals we’ve had all year. You know, at a glance, the prices seem on the higher end, I get it. But after tasting these dishes, I swear to god they could charge ten dollars more for each and I would still pay.\\n\\nWe finished the night with a churro (pictured) and it was awesome. Overall just a ten out of ten night.

Pretty pricey, but good food. I had the veil and let me tell you, the mushrooms were the star of the show. I don't like mushrooms, but these didn't taste like the group and it was amazing! The sauce under the meat was odd and not very good, but everything else was excellent! Potatoes are also worth mentioning, super good!Cons: the tables were oddly sticky. They might need to be refinished or cleaned better. There were bits of food on the cracks and crevasses of the wooden table too.

\\\"Exquisite\\\" is the best word to describe the dining experience at Elements. It is like dining in art studio. From the decor, lighting, wall arts, reclaimed wood, drinks, and delicious menu, you’ll be pleased to dine at this joint.

The Spanish fish stew ($40) was amazing! Tons of seafood complimented with spicy sausage in a tomato stew with a noodle base. Crab fondue ($28) was also really tasty. It says it serves 2 but we added extra bread and it was a perfect starter for 4. Creme brulee was underwhelming. The maple old fashioned delicious.

My 1st time at this eating establishment. I found it behind the covid camouflage of their on street patio at about 9th and Main Streets, Vancouver. Walked in to find a restaurant with higher than usual artistic tastes and servers that made you feel good about yourself. My server Micaela, seemed excited to not only assist me in my meal decision but acted as though we were old friends, catching up. She made me feel very comfortable.I also enjoyed the team spirit that all of the servers had while I was there. My coffee cup was never empty. The food was delicious and priced accordingly.Elements is my new favorite Breakfast location. Thank you one and all. I'll be back!!

Chef Miguel Sosa has created a menu with signature and seasonal dishes that are always superb. Our niece discovered Elements Restaurant a little over a year ago and since then we’ve been back several time to share the experience with other friends and family. The thing about it is every time we dine at Elements the food, the service and experience are extraordinary. The best way to describe their dishes is to suggest you go to their web site as the dishes do change, however I can attest to the fact the food is oh so much better.

This place is a nice cozy location very inviting. The food was delicious great vegetarian options. I have to admit the rigatoni was really tasty cream based texture with Italian sausage. The customer service was top of there priority which was nice. I will be definitely going back an inviting more friends thanks for the lovely time Elements.

Everything about this place was incredible. The service was beautiful. Attention to their customers and just very welcoming. Food is phenomenal. Great portions. Drinks were delicious. Can't go wrong. Highly recommend.
