Sorry great drinks but too many Millennials trying to act cool rather than give good customer service. Maybe they should focus on working hard rather than asking me "how cool my day is bro" and trying to be the coolest guy or girl in there. Make my coffee. Please don't socialize and make it terrible. No matter how good the customer service, people won't come back if the product or service sucks.
Dutch Bros is Always a favorite place for a sugar free coffee treat. Excellent service and great smiles are always a bonus of course. Thank you so much for supporting sugar free for a healthier option of my choice and for others as well, I like to switch from Americano from time to time!!
Absolutely loved the costumer service, they made us surprise rebels, which looked really awesome and tasted superb! 10/10 would recommend. I been to many Dutch bros, but this was the best I been to !

Had a horrible experience at this location. Children running the place with no guidence or good training. First I got passed up by the kid who walks up to take your order at my window. Apparently they zig zag to take orders.Then the kid that takes my order apparently doesn't make sure my payment was processed, so people behind me kept getting their drinks brought to them while I had to wait 20 minutes to get to the window.When I asked why the girl at the window why I never got my drink like everyone behind me did, she told me because I didn't pay yet. This was the tipping point for me. I expressed my frustration on the situation and all she would say is that I need to pay to get my drink.A place with good customer service would have comped my drink and made me feel that they care to make it right, but I guess kids run the place who have no clue how to handle the situation and or how to make the customer feel satisfied with the outcome of this mishap. Not a place I will ever to return to!
I’d say pretty busy on Saturdays, but I think it’s a good thing since they’re so popular. Kids definitely enjoy the trip and drinks.Staff is quick and polite.
Great people that work here, always greeted with a smile ( I mean I'm pretty sure but, they are wearing masks) I find that drinks at this location taste much better than others as well.
I’m very upset with this location I usually go this location often due to being close by home . The assistant manager Katie made me feel very uncomfortable this morning when we were getting our order waiting on line like everyone else and they’re very big on , one one and she literally skipped us and a car who was just getting there she took her their order and they cut us as well. She came up to our window to take our order and we refused to speak to her due how she was treating us from the beginning . This literally one of the worst visit I have had and with the Assistant Manager Katie she very disrespectful and I will make sure I will contact corporate because this isn’t professional at all. We got to the windows and she still tried to speak to us when we told her we don’t want her to take our order or speak with us , than she finally put an employee in the window to take our and the employee was also being rude and disrespectful as well. I hope someone speaks to her I will never go to that location ever again and I will stop sending friends and family there as well. Get another manager because she has the worst customer service ever .
Ordered a seasonal peppermint drink and it legit tasted like cleaning solution, very strong and repulsive chemical taste. Threw the entire thing away. No way that was normal.
I really like how friendly and nice the employees are here. ? I'm a regular and luv the iced coffee drinks. Thanks for always making my day brighter. And, sometimes my drink is already made before I even get up to the drive thru window. Quick service. ?
