I’ve Been Going Here For Years. Always Great Friendly Staff. Prices Are Reasonable. Great Drinks. Staff is Always Awesome. Dino is a Really Cool Guy.
We went for coffee on june 1st and a very nice young woman was taking our order while an extremely loud and belligerent coworker of hers was yelling and grabbing her around the neck. He was playing but it was extremely alarming and I hope this girl sues Dutch Bros for the dangerous working conditions. We will never come back to this location.The guy was aggressive, loud and grabbing his female coworker very unprofessionally.She joked that he was drunk but honestly he probably was. I felt so bad for this woman.
Staff is always so happy and personable regardless of how long the line may be. When you are the one in front of them that is where their attention and conversation is ♥️And .... They spoil my ROTTIE ROTTEN❣️❣️❣️
They always give excellent service and their drinks are awesome. The best part though it that they take the time to remember their customers and there preferred drink. Excellent customer service. ??
We went through this morning to get coffee on our way back and alex’s energy is the best thing ever. i think we need to bottle his energy and sell it. if i had brought him with me to the basketball game i went to last night we might have won. the whole crew was amazing and so friendly.
Always polite smiling Dutch takes good care of there employees and feels good when any one person talks to you are happy and all positive things to say Always Always smiling prices reasonable I like them better than Starbucks just cause Dutch Brothers donate alot to charity's they do deal days at Dutch Brothers for cancer charity's for kids cancer servive people love them Dutch is my favorite!!! Just love the people at everyone I have been at and I've been to a bunch all over
Your staff are just wonderful people, and although you guy are always busy and packed full of people, I still like coming in and enjoy your coffee shop.
Good service and coffee....BUT ALWAYS A LONG LINE. Vehicles in drive thru face on coming millplain traffic with bright head lights. ONLY ONE DRIVE THRU BRO??? VERY POOR STORE DESIGN BRA!
Ok dutch brothers has great service it is fast very friendly service.they have great employees.they even have a menu for kids .my daughter and i frequent the place. They do have very good muffins.
So here's my problem with this place I like the people they're friendly but they don't listen at all several times I have to correct them on my order. I do not understand what is so complicated when I place my order. I order a 16 oz five shot caramel latte don't steam the milk. So they always ask me what do you want that iced or do you want this or that or sometimes they will give me something completely different. Like this morning I ordered the drink I stood there and watched him poor regular milking I said is that oat milk so they dump it out have to make it again which is a waste of time and product when all they had to do is listen the first time. And then the guy said well if you just tell them you want the cold brew in a hot cup they'll fill it up. The only problem is I order hot coffee I just don't want the milk steam because it's too hot to drink. It's convenient this one is close to my house and it's open 24 hours but I am sick and tired of not getting the drink that I order. Like today I got cold brew coffee which I can't stand the taste of cold brew coffee.
