EVERY visit my doggie and I are treated wonderfully! This is the only business where they truly treat their customers as #1 and care about your experience.Not one employee looked bothered or unhappy about being there! They’re all very welcoming, patient and always smiling.Also, they’re happy to help you find something you’d like if you’re unfamiliar with the choices. That’s how my “go~to” drink was found!I could go on and on about Dutch Bros! If you haven’t at least tried them, I promise you’re missing out!I ❤️ their White Chocolate Dutch Freeze with extra shot and SOFT TOP!! ?
Commercial coffee shops are a rip off and unhealthy cause everthing is loaded with sugar. Good place I guess if you are in a hurry to get an Americano but still over priced for coffee.

These are literally the most magnificent people ever ❤ today my license plates were stolen and my youngest dog was diagnosed with cancer and I've been in tears all day. I took my babies through the drive through for pup cups and a comfort drink. I had no idea what I wanted just that I needed a pick-me-up. I wish I would have gotten their name but the person who helped me had long brown kind of curly hair. She/they were so beyond kind to me and helped me pick something and took care of us ❤ after a really long emotional day i just want to say, thank you SO much! You have no idea how much a small act of kindness can make a difference in someone's day and I always appreciate how communicative and personable everyone is here. You are all such a positive impact on our local community.
Always friendly but this location has been getting slower and slower in serving drinks. Not sure if it is just too many new employees or what, but will start hitting a different location.
I've been through this location several times over the last few years and for the first time the other day, I wasn't asked if I wanted to leave a tip and assumed they just gave themselves a $0 tip. Turns out they helped themselves to a 15% tip without authorization. I'll be going through my bank to reverse this unauthorized charge as well as contacting the district manager

I always get the same drink, but as of lately it's been coming out wrong. I get to work, take a drink and bleh?. I like my drink a little extra sweet so I ask for it 3/4's extra sweet, lately more then half the time it tastes like they are making it 3/4's less sweet and there's no flavor to it whatsoever. Today the girl said "1/4 extra sweet? " and I said "no, it should be 3/4's extra sweet" she said "oh, you're right, sorry, just didn't read it right"...not a problem, I get it, but then I got to work and my drink has.no flavor, so even after confirming, it still came out wrong and it's frustrating. I'll drink it, because I paid for it, but its annoying to not have it made correctly and for this to keep happening as of recently.Updated: I also just looked in my drink and there's stuff floating in the bottom of it, not sure what it is, but now I won't be drinking it
