Drive through has a person outside taking your order before you get to the window because there is usually a line. Employees are upbeat and congenial. Coffee is good ans they do have a variety of drinks.
This is the third time at this location in just a month that I've had a drink given to me SO WRONG I couldn't drink it. Threw it away after 3 sips. I don't know why I keep trying to give this location a second chance. The customer service is horrible, the drinks are never right, and the line is always 10 minutes or longer. Today there was no line, so I thought, hey, my drink should be right! WRONG. It was so bad it was dumped. Tasted like burnt espresso shots and no syrup hazelnut. I didn't even order extra shots, so how did it taste like espresso?! So wrong. So horrible. That's over 60 bucks thrown away now. Why bother? Going to drive to 205 location everyday from now on. This location has lost my EVERY DAY service forever.
Service is slow, probably because employees are constantly messing around. This morning as I was waiting at the window for my drinks and to pay, no one even acknowledged me for quite some time. Everyone working there was screaming, as in actually screeching so loudly I was cringing, which is pretty frustrating to listen to especially first thing in the morning prior to having my coffee. Go to any location other than this one. They do not know what they are doing there.
I like Blackrock but my kid got a gift card at school for a reward. Damn they have SO much more selection!
I have a special needs son who loves to talk and so everytime we go there they are so patient with him and it brings a smile to my face each time we go.
Love the staff at all locations they are always informative and willing to help you experience new drinks and if you don't like it they exchange it for something you like. That's at all dutch locations in vancouver. Between coffees and rebels and frosts( which are no coffee basically milkshakes!) There is always something for everyone and starbucks ain't got nothing on the flavor choices at dutch and their menus online so you can see what flavors you want to try before you get there and they are set by type of drinks so it's easy to find what your looking for

There are 3 reasons why I like Dutch brothers 1. I love the fact that they remember us and we actually carry on a conversation. And still get speedy service. 2nd they make awesome hot and cold drinks and 3rd Their customer service is above and beyond. I have recommended several friends to try Dutch brothers.
I’m going to start off with, all Dutch Bros locations are delicious and amazing.But I’ve been coming to Dutch for years and years now, & sometimes I miss my birthday drink because I’m working that day, or just enjoying my birthday festivities and forget - every time this happens, I still get my free birthday drink. The staff is usually really nice and says “no problem!”Today is my elderly mothers birthday, I wanted to surprise her with Dutch, she doesn’t get to have it often and she looooves it. I asked if I could get my moms drink as a birthday drink, & pay for mine. The woman very abruptly said no and said they always check ID, which is untrue. I’ve worked in retail for a very long time in the past, almost 15 years, and I know there can be exceptions made when it comes to customer satisfaction.Dutch is great, but I was very disappointed with your employee and her attitude.
