I go to this place probably twice a month on the weekend. Usually I get the waffle special with clotted cream over blueberries and strawberries, 2 eggs, crispy bacon, and a mocha. I’m never disappointed except in the days they skimp on the cream. This time I got the Dublin that is a fried potato dish with corned beef, light horseradish sauce, and melted Swiss cheese. It was also fantastic and too much for one meal. I ended up taking some home for breakfast the next day!

Lovely experience at Dulin’s on an overcast Sunday morning. The service was prompt and friendly. I got a cappuccino and it was very well frothed and the coffee was great. For food, I ordered the special - a traditional Benedict. My partner got the strawberry banana waffle special with cream and we shared. I was delighted by the fresh tasting Benedict sauce and cream on the waffles. I would definitely return!

My husband and I are from out of state. The last time we stayed in Vancouver it was a five day trip, and three of those days we ate breakfast at Dulin’s! The food is outstanding, the people are incredibly nice, and you can really tell there is pride of ownership in this place. We hope to make a move out to the Vancouver area in the future, and if we do you can bet Dulin’s will be a weekly staple!

I'm going to be honest, I'm not into comfort foods so Dulin's menu in general doesn't appeal to me as much as it would to others; however, they do seem to be better than the average American restaurant. I ordered the fish and chips, and they used halibut. Their French fries were absolutely amazing, they make look plain but they were perfectly salted and crispy. I like the small-town family-owned vibe that is obvious here, and the service has been incredibly nice and quick. My one complaint would be that the restaurant wasn't as clean as I would like, the tables seemed a bit dingy.

Always a great breakfast/brunch stop. The food always hits the spot. Last time we visited they had a mimosa flight: would recommend trying that. But any of the breakfast foods we've had have always been great!

This place is cute and cozy with an Irish theme to the food. Staff were friendly and food was good quality. Parking in the area is just street parking but it's rarely super busy and we have always managed to find a spot. A nice place to spend a rainy morning or afternoon after shopping at some of the nice little shops in the area.

I've received great service each time I've been here. You need to try the Irish stew, it's phenomenal! Every other meal I've had here has been delicious as well. Definitely worth checking out!

This place is a gem!! This little hole in the wall has an excellent menu, reasonable prices, great service, super friendly staff and even has great tasting coffee. I will definitely put this on my top 3 Breakfast Spots. ??

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Ate here twice in the last two days. BLTA for lunch yesterday which was amazing AND they rushed it for me because I screwed up and didn’t leave enough time before an appointment, now that is service! Today I had the French toast which was also great. And the latte was pretty damn good too.

Arguably the best breakfast around here for miles! I live 30 mins away and my wife and I still drag the kids all the way here for the food and hospitality. We always feel welcome and we always leave satisfied. Thank you Dulin’s Village Cafe!
