I’ve been going to this dominos since I’ve moved to Vancouver and I’ve never had a complaint until now. I ordered 2 pizzas and four 20oz drinks. Upon arrival the first pizza was great. But the second pizza was was still very doughy. Not only that but they forgot one of my drinks as well. So I called and asked for a remake of the pizza and my drink that I paid for. When my remake came the pizza I had remade was even more doughy than the first one and I asked for “ well done “. Not only that but they forgot my drink AGAIN. It’s very unfortunate.
Ordered a pizza and other items to my hotel room. Well I prepaid for everything online using our card, then waited by my door and the pizza never came. (I’ve ordered pizza from here and other places before, they just pull in walk into the building and bring it to my door.) Well I waited and waited and my things never came. Then my boyfriend called me from work and told me they couldn’t find our hotel room because they didn’t know which building it was in so they left.It’s not that difficult. If you don’t know where my room was just go to the front desk and ask where room “1**” is. That is what all of the other delivery drivers have done. We doordash, Uber eats, you name it and they all figure it out, but Dominoes couldn’t? And they’ve delivered here before? My boyfriend had to leave work because the pizza place brought my food back to the pizza store, so I had to wait additional hours to get my food. My boyfriend ended up just going to the store and picking it up instead. 1 star review because I prepaid in full online, the pizza never came and I waited forever for it, and we ended up having to go pick it up in person. Resulting in hours I didn’t get to eat.
It is your classic Domino's Pizza restaurant. Food is okay, customer service is okay, cleanness is okay. Online ordering with curbside pickup is super easy and convenient. I must say though, that sometimes it takes for ever to get your pizza and it is not very warm. Also, they changed their souse or something, but the smell is too strong.
Not sure why they get so many one star reviews.. We eat Domino’s like every week and I am high key upset that I did not know about this location sooner. Our order has always been accurate, never takes a long time, and if you order extra they give it to you.
I have a deep dark secret love for Domino's, especially if we're talking about their pan crust. This location treats me well every single time I go, which is probably too frequently if I'm being honest. The people there are great and they have a DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOW! How cool is that? I order ahead of time and then just scoot through while I'm out running errands. Dinner done.
KUDOS!I was in about 745pm tonight and I was blown away by the staff. Every single staff member greeted and offered to assist me and the man waiting. A smile that shows through the eyes because we're all masked is Everything Everyone was moving efficiently with grace. The place was clean and the energy was great. I commend the manager and staff as you all made a great experience. I'll go out of my way to come to this location again. As a hiring manager at a different business I would gladly snag these gents up. Great job you guys!
Placed an online order and it sat in perfection check for 45 min, when I called to get an update I was hung up on. Called back when someone finally answered I said “hello” they responded with a “hello” and put me back on hold. Definitely below average customer service. So much for pre tipping, lesson learned. Tip for decent service. Once it arrived it was cold. Talk about disappointing.I won’t hold my breath to receive feedback
Good pizza and breadsticks, their pasta isn't bad either. Always quick for takeout or delicious deliveries.
I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and received a medium cheese pizza. I asked for a full refund and all they could do is take a few bucks off. Horrible customer service from Hazel Dell Dominos. I will never order from this location again.
Pizza was good but we got the 5 cheese dip and barely any in the container to go with all the bread twist they put in the box
