I tried to order online but evidently its down so I called the store To place an order And the person that answered the phone has the worst customer service ever .All they could say was:( Was there anything else ) after every item and when ending the call they don't say Thank you have a good night thanks for calling ..After spending so much money on pizza All that person could do was go ah ha and they hung up the phone . What kind of training is going on there. ( unprofessional ) didn't even get my order right.
I tried to do a phone simple to go order. Have endure a 3 min a commercial... not cool. Then i had to endure a repeat of the original commercial. Then it took another 2-3 minutes for someone to answe the phone..... at that time I tried to hang up.... still did not work.DO NOT order from this Domino's. 10 minutes to order is unacceptable. Why not have a skip icon. Well Rod's Pizza got my money.Let me say it was the first time I ran into this problem. But if this is a company tread.... I will never be back. And I at least communicated the problem. It is the the customers who say nothing about the problems... where you lose them.
I live 7 mins away. Ordered delivery. Only for two hours it to NEVER SHOW UP. When I call a rude manager gets smart and tells me I’m not in her area. Like UMMMM maybe you could have told me that idk 2 HOURS ago?? The worst customer service I have seen in a LONG time. But can’t tell you how the food tastes… never got it
Got the bread twists to try with that new cheese dip stuff. Food is delicious, although I think a bit overpriced….
Horrible experience, contactless delivery now includes no notification that your pizza arrived. So when I found my pizza sitting outside my apt it was cold. When I called to inquire and yes complain about this they offered to make fresh pizza at no charge. After that conversation was complete the driver called me back to argue that they handed the pizza to a man. This was not someone in my household, guess they didn't like the toppings we chose. To top it off I received a second charge from them 2 days later.I have ordered from other stores and had no issues. Very disappointing!
Second time the pizza was left outside in the cold. We got a new order in at no charge, thankfully. The delivery driver had the audacity to call and confront us about personally handing it off. She either had the wrong building or apartment number. Never again will I use this Domino's!
I can say i absolutely hate this dominos. I love dominos...But this location is THE WORST!!!! they dont set up delivery right. So they rush to make the pizzas then let your pizza sit under the "heat lamp" till the driver delivers it which is horse you know what. EVERYTIME i get my pizza its cold or not even cooked all the way. Even tonight its cold. This time i ordered pizza and i ordered cheesy bread, and the cheesy bread was burnt and my entire order was cold. Not even luke warm it was cold. Not even sure how this is possible this time because they were actually fast today... unless the driver had their windows down and the cold air is blowing on it.I have called and complained before and the manager was smart with me... he ended up giving me a replacement pizza but i also shouldnt have to call EVERY TIME i order from this location... it makes me feel like a scam. So today has ended it for me. Im done with dominos. Im going to papa johns from now on unless i move and pray to god that place has better standards. I used to be a pizza cook and this is trash...
