And the food is not sent out burnt,, cold, and with all ingredients?

I placed a $70 order for my basketball team end of season party. The manager of this location decided to cancel my order 25 minutes before delivery time because he assumed it was a duplicate order. He had 2 orders with different phone numbers going to the same rec center. Didn't bother to call and verify, just decided to cancel. Explaining to a group of 7 years olds that they aren't getting pizza isn't fun. I won't do business with this location again. Absolute joke!
Domino's by far is my choice for big box pizza ?!!Very well thought of recipe, dough always perfect & nicely done, a little crunchy. Great party pizza!!
Came in to pick up my pizza and was told it was going to be about 10 minutes more even though the tracker showed it was complete. Why 5 stars? Because the guys was super apologetic, accepted responsibility for it, and offered some free drinks for the inconvenience. I didn't want the drinks but I really appreciate someone trying to make it right.
They have very good pizza, best if dine in eating desserts good you can watch the pizzas being made, pretty fast delivery i had few times waited inside after ordering as a carry out once over all pizzas are very good
