Tried to do a survey but wasn’t able to for some reason so I will leave a review on here instead. The guy who gave me my food was a complete jerk for no reason. Terrible service. I go here all the time & I’ve never been treated that way. Hopefully this photo will be helpful & they can fire him. And my blizzard was already melting I’m surprised it didn’t fall out of the cup when he tipped it upside down & also no napkins ?
I waited a half hour on a Wednesday at 9:15 pm to order and then waited 5 minutes for my food. This is fast food in a drive thru not a expensive restaurant. It would help if they open the lobby. They could give me free food I would will not go back. I will try it again when the lobby is open. This is the slowest place I have ever order food from.
Downgrading my local mill plain DQ to 2 stars as the post coronavirus quality is going down fast. This store will be closed and shuttered in a matter of months at its current path . Even the dilly bars and buster bars are super low quality ice cream these days. If things don't improve, I won't waste another dollar at the DQ. Sorry folks. Lifetime lover of the pb parfait so I am saddened.
Normally dairy Queen is not one of the faster drive-thrus, it's usually busy around lunch or dinner time however there was nine cars when I showed up yesterday around 4:00 and I got up to the menu placed my order and received my items in less than 3 minutes. I made sure to let the crew know that they were kicking some butt and that I appreciate it. The food is always good and the ice creams are always great.
Went to get a blizzard for my son and I on Saturday night, but they were already closed. Google says drive thru is open until 12:30am. It was 11:50pm when we got there so I was confused. I decided to give them a call and was told they close at midnight. I'm still confused because it was 10 minutes til midnight and they were already closed? Closing early is not right when you have posted hours of operation. I don't go to Dairy Queen very often, but you just lost a customer for good.
I’ve often seen the long drive-thru line at night here and we joke that this location sneaks crack into the blizzards. I discovered today, nope….it’s just because this DQ is unbelievably, unbearably slow. I honestly cannot figure out what could be taking so long at a fast food restaurant….? I waited 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru line but the promise of that ice creamy goodness sustained me. You can imagine my disappointment when I drove away and discovered they had NOT mixed in the brownie pieces that I’d asked and paid for! The lobby is closed so the only way to order is to give up a portion of your life waiting in line. I’d recommend skipping it and finding your ice cream somewhere else.
This location is great. Use the app and you can go inside to pickup, don't need to use drive-thru which can be very long. Plus, you can earn points for free food.
Ordered a burger combo and a grilled chicken sandwich. First time ever at this location. They had us park in #2 (the spots are not numbered). 20 min later they bring out a bag and my husband noticed the sandwich wraps both say chicken. He tells the girl, who tells us they don’t wrap them with the correct labels…. We come home and we got a grilled chicken sandwich and a crispy chicken sandwich. We won’t be going back.
Dike at the drive thru was very rude. The audio was terrible and I couldBarely understand her. She proceeded to yell “I said what dipping sauce!” I understand speaking up but yelling and the overly rude tone was uncalled for. The older woman who handed me my food was very kind.
Overpriced! Asked for lid on blizzard apparently the staff had trouble following customer request..No napkins! They don't offer any berry flavors but strawberry. Had manager argue about my blizzard being liquidy. Long line-took 20mins to get to window. This place sucks!!!
