Drove thru because I wanted a corn dog. No corn dogs. Ordered Deluxe Hamburger, no lettuce or cheese. Got small hamburger with ketchup and 3 pickles. Husband ordered a double meal with no lettuce and no sauce. Both of us had fries and a drink. His hamburger had tomato and sauce, so I took tomato and onion and added to my hamburger. We were told to take 3 rights and they would bring our meal to us. It was also over $27.00!!! No one brought out meal. Large sign on door Lobby Not Open. We waited and waited and waited. Finally a grub hub driver went in. My husband went in, order sitting on counter cold. NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM THIS DAIRY QUEEN!!!

I've been giving them a chance for years, 8/10 times they will get your order wrong. Last time they missed two food items, then gave us the same food items again instead of the two missing. It was corrected, as we sat in the drive thru for another 5 mins.I don't know if the training is bad, the order system is bad, or both: but I am done giving this place a chance considering it's track record with h appallingly clueless service.

Over priced food, not very good food, rude, unhappy, unhelpful employees. Dining room still closed, so only drive thru available and it leads straight to the road, so if they news up your order you have to find a way get down 4th Plain a bit and turn around and drive back down 4th Plain to pull a u-turn (median blocking you) to get back to the spot to get it fixed.

I had a strawberry milkshake last night from DQ and that thing had me thinking about milkshakes at 7am this morning when I woke up.Best strawberry milkshake in Vancouver WA.

Ordered the 4 piece chicken strip basket. They barley gave any fries and said they are low on fries. They should have said that when I ordered my food. Then wouldn't give me my Receipt. Thus was at 4:45pm March 12 2022.

Drive right by it, if you decide to venture to this DQ you will be filled with disappointment. The lines are long, it's slow, and the parking lot can make you feel trapped. Their ice cream is slightly melted when you get it. The dining area has been under construction for months or more. And when you go to tell them your order they can't hear you and you have to yell your order. Pulling out of the drive thru will also send you straight into traffic. DQ, people like your food, but you are doing it wrong.

I was blown away by how courteous and respectful the person that was taking drive-through orders was.Great service. Definitely will return.

We ordered and the girl was real slow, it took 15 minutes to take our order. When we got to the window, all of the workers wear either not wearing a mask, or not wearing it properly. After the workers goffing around and taking another 10 minutes, we were not comfortable with them breathing on our food, with covid, and when we asked for a refund the manager was not only rude he told us we would not be getting a refund and did not give us our food!!

Literally the worst experience tonight. Mind you I have worked at Dairy Queen locations before. I specifically ordered a snack size sundae for my two-year-old. A small strawberry shake for my wife she will not drink a large. They made them both larges, missing my queso sauce from my pretzel Sticks. My burger was burned and I don’t know how they did that because it goes through a machine so they had to run it through twice. And there was barely a squirt of mustard and barely a squirt of ketchup. And they gave me all my ice cream first and took forever to make the hot food instead of sticking my ice cream in the chill freezer to hand me that last. Just wow. I am just appalled.

There was a wonderful person at the drive thru, I believe her name was Olivia with the lines so long and people complaining she had the best attitude
